'Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. '

'Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!'

'The only issue was at breakfast. No juice available the machine was out of order. Otherwise everything was fine for the price level. '

'Stayed here twice- both times pleasant experience- staff really friendly, rooms clean and neat. Great location across from BW3 and downtown St.Clairsville. Near mall, gas stations, etc. Free breakfast is nice. '

'We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. '

'Kamer, bed en badcel netjes en schoon. Ontbijt goed en prettig. Omgeving niet veel eetgelegenheden behalve McDonalds, in onze tijd veel werklui die niet altijd even rustig waren op de gangen vroeg in de ochtend als laat in de avond. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor zowel Pittsburgh als Berlin en Millersburg (Amish country).'

'On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!'

'My boyfriend and I stayed 2nights here this past week. This place exceeded our expectations and more. The resort itself was fantastic! The outside blew us away. All the beautiful greenery and lighting. The staff was superb! We met Jerry who checked us in and he was a hoot!! We love him, we also got to say goodbye to him as we were checking out. Any staff we came in contact with was ao friendly and always willing to help. We had lunch at Skyline kitchen and Bar located on the resort,...
