We are happy to have this cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo back available for rent. Another Jacobs Landing gem! New kitchen cabinets, appliances, flooring and many more upgrades It is centrally located on property, you are a short distance from the clubhouse and across from the beach. This is an upper unit that is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The lower level bedroom has a Queen size bed, on this level there is also a washer/dryer, full bath, fully equipped kitchen perfect to prepare a light snack or a full meal. The coffee maker is both drip and Keurig. The living room has a wood burning fireplace as well as a work station, and a printer should you need to do a little work while on vacation as well as a nice large TV perfect for you to use your streaming apps. No cable service.. The deck just off of the Living area has a spectacular view of the water and the perfect place to watch a Birch Bay sunset. Upstairs you will find a great space with a queen bed, 1/2 bath, desk and TV. Walk over to the beach and use one of the Jacobs Landing fire pits and have a beach fire with hotdogs and s'mores, or simply stroll along the berm while listening to the waves. While staying at Jacobs you can also enjoy the clubhouse with indoor pool and kitchen area and sitting are perfect for large gatherings like a birthday party. You need to reserve your spot with Vacationville should you want to use that area. A short walk to from Jacobs Landing you will find Birch Bay the C-shop, Birch Bays popular candy and ice cream stop. There is a rental store where you can rent golf carts, paddle boards, kayaks and beach toys, in the other direction from Jacobs you find restaurants, or try your had at karaoke, Pets are allowed with a $100.00 pet fee per pet (2 max)
Jacobs Landing is a great property and this is a great unit to stay and explore Birch Bay.
