Very friendly and helpful staff. Room could be cleaner (cobwebs hanging from the high ceilings - other than that the room was clean). Nice darkening curtains.'

'Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.'
