Minder: de hele hotelinrichting ziet er uit als 30-40 jaar oud. Erg lawaaiig door slecht geïsoleerde ramen. Veel lawaai van de naastgelegen snelweg en van landende vliegtuigen.
Personeel is (gedeeltelijk) erg onverschillig.
Bij check-in werd me ingewreven dat boeken via Expedia niet tot de hotel-gebruikelijke service hoefde te leiden, zoals bijvoorbeeld een ontbijt-inclusief. Dat moest ik extra betalen en dan was het goedkoper geweest als ik rechtstreeks...

'Staff was amazing, super sweet! We stayed with them for Warped Tour and we were able to check in early and check out late. THANK YOU FOR THAT!! Sure, the beds weren't the comfiest but I'll still stay with them next year. To me, it's worth it for the price. :)'

'Bij binnenkomst was de kamer al klaar werd er gemeld maar wilden we er 2 uur eerder in moesten we 50$ bij betalen . Belachelijk vind ik maar het zal tegenwoordig wel normaal zijn . Bij het inchecken moesten we ook nog 200$ Borg betalen die we dan na 5 dagen weer terug krijgen ??? Dan kom je op de kamer is netjes en schoon maar geef me een dwangbuis en het feest is compleet een mega witte steriele kamer hier wil je echt geen paar dagen zitten .maar dat is mijn idee er zullen best mensen zijn die...
