'Really nice room. Bathroom was lovely (some hairs in sink when we arrived, but not that a big deal). There was a wedding on in the hotel, with music heard thumping in our room until quite late (we’re not killjoys, but it was impossible to sleep and very loud). It would have been good to know this when booking, as we would have looked elsewhere. Called down to ask reception and they were dismissive and a bit rude. Also loud music heard in room in the morning as well.'

'Good stay'

'Very, very, very gooooood'

'The staff were all manarable and attentive . The rooms were spotless and comfy beds and pillows.'

'Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean.'

'Prima hotel, goed eten en vriendelijk personeel. '

'Clare was amazing from the start. The check in process was very smooth. We had a lot of space, the fittings were of high quality but the sofa and carpet could do with being replaced. I would definitely stay here again as it was very close to the beach, which is so lovely in this part of the world, but next time we would definitely fly to Scotland!'

'Friendly helpful staff, clean room slightly tired, excellent breakfast with quality sausages and bacon! Friday and Saturday nights can be quite loud outside the hotel being a city centre location.'

'The suite was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well stocked. The tub/shower was a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of. But the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. The restaurant downstairs was outstanding. Parking in back was tight but easy to use. The contactless entry and use was easy to use. Instructions provided were easy to follow.'

'B&B ligt aan drukke straat aan de rand van Ayr (niet te lopen). Geen ontvangst, maar notitie in hal. Ook later wordt je niet begroet. Kamer en badkamer ok. Goed ontbijt, maar eigenaren afstandelijk. Restaurants op 20 min wandelen in Prestwick.'

'Room small and cramped, ensuite outside of the room but for the price ok for 1 night'

'The property was very relaxing and our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunatatly the property was looking rate tired. The cooker was difficult to use and when it did work was not very effective. The freezer needed defrosting We could not use the dish waste as the washer tablet compartment would not stay closed. With a little TLC with property would be excelent'

'only thing i got to say is for breakfast i liked the way you got a pot of tea insaid you have to make your own tea, you are eating your breakfast then you have to back up for more tea breakfast gets cold thanks'

'A very clean and spacious room in an excellent location with on site parking. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful. We would definitely book this property again.'

'A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time.'
