Thanks for your stay at the hotel.Kindly read the breakfast details properly and in details on expedia. it says on the go breakfast. it means not a hot and full breakfast. If one bulb is missing out of 3 bulbs in the bathroom it really does not make the bathroom dark not to see any thing and as a guest inform the desk and the desk would be more than willing to fix it right away. Not to forget your room was just 10 steps away from the desk.Your ignorance not to read the deals on the breakfast make the hotel management not to do any type of breakfast decision strong. Thank you for the stay. The room door lock works well it has no issues there was a hair pin stuck on the door frame that was not making the door to shut and lock. When we gave you the room the door worked well and it has been in use by more than 10 different for your wedding dress change.
