Parking & Vehicle Guidelines

To foster a smooth arrival and departure experience, please note our parking guidelines:
- Vehicle Requirements: You don't need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to reach our cabin, but please use only cars, SUVs, or trucks when entering and exiting the property.
- Parking Availability: There's room for four cars; however, motorcycles are prohibited by our homeowner's association.
- Parking Location: Kindly Park on-property only and refrain from parking along the street.

Booking Information

Ready to book your stay? Here are the essential details:
- Travelers: Up to 6 travelers' welcome
- Minimum Stay:
- 2-night minimum during weekends
- 1-night minimum from Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays and subject to availability)
- Rental Details: You’ll have access to the entire home. The first two guests are included in the base rate; additional guests are $15 per person, per night.
- Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Please adhere to these times for the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Pet Policy

We love welcoming furry friends! If you’d like to bring one or two quiet, house-trained dogs (less than 50 pounds each), please follow these guidelines:

1. Notify Us: Provide the breed and weight of your dogs.
2. Furniture Rules: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or off property.
3. Leashed and Secure: Keep your dogs leashed and only on our property.
4. Crate When Away: If you’re not in the cabin, please secure dogs on the back porch or in a crate.
5. Proper Walks: Walk your dogs along the woods-edge, away from the home, and avoid the pavement, as it’s not our property.
6. Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by your pets.
7. Cats Welcome: If you have cats, they are allowed. (we love cats) Tenant Responsibilities (Sample
Clauses)
• Indoor Confinement: Cats must remain indoors at all times, except when transported. No balconies or common areas allowed.
• Litter Box Care: Place litter boxes on plastic mats.
Scoop waste daily. Do not flush "flushable" litter to prevent pipe clogs.
• Hygiene & Behavior: Keep the unit clean. Ensure the cat's behavior doesn't disturb neighbors (e.g., excessive meowing).
• Supervision: Do not leave the cat unattended for unreasonable periods, as this can cause stress and damage.
• Identification: Keep a collar with ID tags on the cat at all times.
