Treat yourself to a secluded getaway when you book The Mountain Chapter! This well-appointed family-friendly retreat boasts a large wraparound deck with several rocking chairs, a small bistro table, a shuffleboard, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area. From here, guests can access the backyard - host a warm-weather barbecue using the gas grill and enjoy meals alfresco at the picnic table. Then, gather around the firepit for an entertaining evening telling fun or scary stories while roasting S'mores.

Inside, find vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and wood accents throughout. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. Read a favorite book or listen to music as you unwind by the wood fireplace or stream a favorite series on the smart TV with Roku in the living area. The open kitchen has been fully appointed with modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, a Zline stove/oven, dishwasher, a built-in microwave, and coffee maker. There is even an island with counter seating for additional dining space. The adjoining dining table is perfect for more formal meals.

The main bedroom has another Roku TV and an en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Additional perks include a washer/dryer in the hallway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
