- This multi-level home offers step-free entry through the back door. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is at the front door facing the entryway. Camera 2 is on the side of the house facing the driveway. Camera 3 is on the shed at the rear of the home facing the yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected
- Per HOA regulations, all recycling must be placed in a separate bag and all trash must be removed to the designated shed upon departure
