Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this rental is listed in your listing on the platform where you booked your stay. Please do not exceed this limit for overnight guests at any time. 3. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors and other guests. Please be considerate of your neighbors. 4. Pets: No Pets are allowed at this property. Service animals are always welcome with the required paperwork 5. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental. If smoke gets into the house or you smoke in the house, there will be a $2500.00 fee charged to allow fr us to have a smoke restoration company come out and remove the smell of smoke. 6. Parties and Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior approval from the property manager. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, and you may be removed from the property, and no money will be refunded. 7.
