'Be aware before booking. During our stay, several cars including ours were towed from the parking lot. At check-in, you’re given a small paper to place on your dashboard as a parking permit. Before leaving our car, I specifically noticed the permit on the dashboard. However, after our car was towed, we were told it wasn’t visible, and the permit was nowhere to be found. 'We booked our room for the Fourth of July weekend here because most hotels were full. When we got there, roaches were dead on the lobby floor. We were hoping our room wouldn’t be the same. Once we entered our room, there was pesticide spray on our kitchen counter in a bottle. That should’ve been a red flag right there. Every 10 minutes roaches crawled across the floor and in our bed. 'We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. His goal was to get us a room we liked. Everything was very clean and you can see they are making upgrades. The location is great, near restaurants, Costco and HEB. The beds were very comfortable! The environment is quiet, but a lot of light at night from outside. They could use nicer toilet paper. The included breakfast could be improved. More waffle makers and add yogurt. Otherwise a great stop when traveling.'

'Road to rooms is atrocious, wouldnt even constitute as a gravel road. My king room/bathroom didn’t have a working outside lock. Nothing was clean, dust, dirt, dead bugs, comforter and sheets/pillowcases smelled awful, there was not housekeeping the entire week. I paid so I stayed since nothing is refundable. 'I’ve stayed in several hotels where they have a breakfast buffet,but this one was the worse. In every hotel that I have stayed there has always been someone keeping up with the cleanliness of the breakfast area. This one was a total mess food thrown all over the floor counters full of food.
