Beautiful, one of a kind, modern house on the island of Korcula. The house is nested on an elevated position of the sunniest, southern part of Korcula offering breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the islands of the Lastovo archipelago.
Specific position of the house offers a lot of privacy while enjoying the sun on the terrace. Complete interior is decorated combining a modern and contemporary style, fully airconditioned with international TV channels and internet connection. The ground floor consists of one double-bed bedroom, bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen leading to a beautiful covered terrace connected to the pool area with astonishing sea view.
There are two double-bed bedrooms and one bathroom located on the first floor. The room balconies offer a view of the Lastovo Islands, Priscapac, Prizba Bay and Vinacac itself, an idyllic place where this holiday house is located. A private parking lot is located on the front side of the property. Our little paradise is an ideal choice for those who love a peaceful vacation but also for those who are a bit more adventurists.
You can enjoy the quiet moments, being only two minute away from the closest rocky beach or you can explore one of the hiking trails crooking through pine forest and untouched nature. Not far from the house is the beach Ratak which has a wide range of the summer activities, such as SUPs, windsurfing, scuba diving and many others including the beach bar where in the summer you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved cocktail while listening to the live music of the local band.
