Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Mit Hund und zwei Kindern waren wir da und haben die Umgebung, die Gastfreundlichkeit des Gastgebers, das leckere Frühstück und die schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft genossen.

Beautiful property! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The electric bikes were definitely the highlight! We used them every day and it made going to different sights that much more enjoyable! We hope to come back to Bled and will absolutely be staying here when we do!

Delightful and Charming
I came with my sister and we had a great time. The rooms and everything about the place was adorable. And everything was very clean. It had a lot of charm and character without feeling old or outdated. While researching the place, I had seen one person mention hard beds. I personally like firm beds and hate them when they are soft, so I was happy, but be aware they are pretty firm if you only like soft beds. The breakfast was excellent and much better than the many I have had at marriott hotels and holiday inns. They also lent you towels for swimming in the lake which was really nice. There are also e-bikes you can use too. But everything was in walking distance so we only used them once. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend! I would stay here again if I came back to Lake Bled.

Great location on top of the hill in a very scenic spot but a quick walk to downtown. Room had a nice balcony to sit and relax on. The restaurant had great food with probably the best meal I’ve ever had. Book asap ! Will definitely stay upon return.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The only issue was that the description regarding the pool is slightly misleading. There is no pool at this hotel, you can access another hotel's pool that has terrible reviews and costs £13 per person for a few hours.

Exceptional property - one of the few places that understands the value of a personal touch, with no request an inconvenience. The breakfast was very high quality and the amenities were great too. We would stay here again!

Oct break at Penzion Berc, lake Bled, Slovenia
Delightful! The owners and their team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Penzion Berc was very comfortable and roomy and the stocked fridge was complementary. It has a great restaurant with a chef who judged on Slovenian master chef. There are electric bikes to explore the countryside for use. We were looking for some R&R in a peaceful and lovely setting with some places of interest. This did not disappoint, from beautiful gorges, caves and castles to a river trip in Ljubljana to evenings watching the sun set over Lake Bled. A perfect break.

Great hotel for a romantic weekend getaway! This bed and breakfast had a great room, fantastic location to the lake (5 min walk) and a truly awesome breakfast. My wife and I loved this place and would definitely come back.

Utterly charming and quiet property that is a very short walk from the lake and centre of town. A short walk in the other direction takes you to the tobogan and high ropes adventures. Accommodation is spotless, spacious and full of character. Penzion Berc also provides free of charge access to ebikes which was brilliant for a tour around the lake. You need to book a table for dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food and wine is excellent. A unique and charming hotel. We last stayed at Penzion Berc in 2006 and I don't think we'll leave it so long for our next return visit!

Such a warm welcome. Free electric bikes allowed us to ride around the beautiful lake in comfort. The rooms were stocked with hand made buscuits and a complimentary mini bar. We ate at the restaurant which was FIRST CLASS. We will definitely be back if we get the chance.

Penzion Berc is a great property just above Lake Bled. The staff/owners are wonderful. The breakfast is delicious with lots of fresh foods from local and other Slovenian sources.

Schönes Zimmer im Holzstil. Wir konnten uns kostenlos an der Minibar (Kühlschrank) bedienen und an der Teeküche bedienen. Absolutes Highlight waren die E-Bikes, die man sich kostenlos und jederzeit leihen konnte. Wir haben eine schöne Radtour durch Bled gemacht. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Die Putzfrauen kamen während unseres Aufenthalts nicht, das wurde uns aber vorher gesagt. Hat wohl Corona Hintergründe. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Kann man nur empfehlen! Kostenlose und freie Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Penzion. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Einzige Nachteile: Der Kaffee von der Kaffeemaschine beim Feühstück war leider gar nicht lecker. Die Kaffeepäckchen von der kleinen Teeküche unseres Hotelzimmers waren abgelaufen.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage, genau die richtige Entfernug zum Zentrum. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist gehobener und hat auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas war wurde es ohne Umstand direkt und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt. Wenn man vor Ort war, sieht man ja auch die anderen Hotels in der Nähe und dieses sticht dann doch hervor und man ist freut sich, sich hierfür entschlossen zu haben. In Bled ist das mit den Parkplätzen immer schwierig, hier konnte man vor dem Hotel dennoch immer etwas finden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

The perfect place to stay in Bled!
This place is just so so lovely! The room was large, with a large balcony, and a beautiful bathroom. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. E-bikes are made available to all guests, making it super easy to explore the area around Lake Bled, but even if you're just in the mood for walking, the lake is only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The breakfast is abundant and varied, and I strongly recommend having dinner at the restaurant at least once during your stay as the food is phenomenal and the waiter is really kind and knowledgable about Slovenian wines.

We loved our stay here. Our room was beautiful. The location cannot be beat. 5 minute walk to town and 5 minute to the toboggan park. We felt very welcome. This will always be our choice coming to Bled.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The staff was incredible, the rooms were exceptionally clean (and I’m picky about that), the beds were comfortable, and the parking was easy. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious!! Our family had such an amazing time borrowing the electric bicycles! We also loved learning the history of this family-owned business (4 generations). We could not have felt more welcome at Penzion Berc and if we had it to do all over again, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
