'Keep in mind the property was built in 1918 and we were in the "old" part of the hotel and the rooms were small but well maintained with time appropriate furniture.

'Check in was quick, the rooms were spacious and clean.
Our one suggestion is to take your own pillows. Theirs were awful! Couch pillows. Everything else was very nice.

'The only reason for my stay is that it was night and I couldn't see the road in the thunderstorm. If there hadn't been a power outage, I would have chosen one of the other hotels next door. After checking in, I noticed this property used to belong to another company. It has not been renovated at all. The carpets are nasty. While the sheets and towels are dingy and some have stains, they did smell clean so at least they arè trying.
I hope someone will see this and help the owners bring this...

'The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the lobby was locked at all times, requiring going outside and ringing the bell to get into the lobby for coffee in the morning. (Coffee was cold, by the way.)'

'Upon checking into my room I discovered there were no electrical outlets near the bed. I sleep with a CPAP and need the electric outlet. Upon notifing the desk the manager bought an extension cord to accommendate me.'
