Cheeto’s Playhaus is a spectacular adventure just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and the most popular attractions. The owners created an amazing space with a sauna, hot tub, multiple games, kids game room, two living areas, cozy beds, sunroom, smart TVs, outdoor porches/decks and a large kitchen that is perfect for large groups. Named for the owner’s dog Cheeto, an adorable Jack Russel rescue, it is a fun creation for all!



A beautiful drive to Cheeto’s Playhaus sets the tone for your visit! Rolling hills, lush forest, meandering through the very popular Asks Adventure Area. There are hiking trails, riverfront stops, tubing, water falls, Lake Blue Ridge, farm side stands, wineries and more to explore!



Access is via all paved roads with the exception of a short well maintained gravel access portion before switching back to payment. The cabin is located in a gated community (the code will be provided before check-in) and is all paved roads inside.



There will be parking for up to three vehicles on the concrete driveway which is very level and easy to maneuver.



You will enter directly into the main living space with the living room straight ahead featuring a wood burning fireplace, smart TV, sofa, two chairs, area rug, side tables, lamps, sofa table and coffee table. There is a half bath just off the living room.



The very spacious fully equipped kitchen is to your right. It has all stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet/counter space, two dining options with a breakfast table for four and dining table for six. Everything in the cabin is new!



The sunroom/study area is to the back of the living room. Perfect if you need to stay connected to the outside world or escape with your favorite book or morning coffee. It also has its own gas fireplace to take off the chill on those cool mornings or evenings.



The covered porch is just off the sunroom. It is a great place to soak in the sights and sounds of Mother Nature on the two glider seating options.



The king master suite is to the left of the entrance. It features a gas fireplace, smart TV, side tables, lamps, and closet for storage with drawer organizers. The master bathroom is newly remodeled and has a walk-in shower and single vanity.



There is another bedroom to the right of the living room. It has a queen bed, side tables, lamps, area rug, smart TV and small closet with drawer organizers.



Upstairs contains two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a large king bedroom to the right with excellent privacy with a smart TV, dresser, side tables and lamps. There is a large closet on both sides with one being the owner's closet and the other for guests.



The other bedroom is to the left of the stairs and it has a full size and two single beds, two drawer side table and hanging rack with ample room. This is a great spot for young adults and kids. It is connected to the full size bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and single vanity. The bathroom is also accessible to the king bedroom through the separate hallway.



Entertainment haven begins in the lower level. As you exit the stairs there is a large living space to your left with an oversized sofa, 85” smart TV and shuffleboard. Continuing in the game room area that has a pool table, poker/card table, wet bar and 55” smart TV.



The kids game room (adults will like it too) is to the right of the stairs or you can also access from the other game room side. It has a foosball table, kids card table, two arcade games, multiple board games and for those singers in the group, a small karaoke machine to enjoy! It also features a full size mirror for those Diva performances or to walk the runway.



This amazing property would not be complete without Cheeto’s spa! Just outside on the covered patio you can soak away the stress in the 5 person hot tub or relax in the barrel sauna!



Afterwards, kick back and relax in the seating spaces or enjoy a meal outdoors at the polywood 6 person dining table. There is a separate private grilling space with a Weber Spirit II grill for the perfect steak or favorite meal!



Last but not least is a comfortable fire pit area for smores, roasting marshmallows, or just reminiscing about the day. There are six Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment!

Guest Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet



The Neighborhood:

Cheeto's Playhaus is located in the gated community of Brown’s Cove. Access is via paved roads with the exception of a small gravel section on the access road before turning back into pavement. The community roads are paved and the cabin has a concrete driveway with parking for up to three vehicles.
