Fun and relaxing stay
We all had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect size for our three families to stay there. The kids loved the games and the hot tub. The only negative was it did smell very strong of chlorine when you walked in the house and all the kids had skin reactions to the chlorine. We had to make them get out and shower. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Great early Christmas with family
Everything was great. Clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Would not recommend trying to access this cabin with a smaller low sitting vehicle. Patrick was very easy to work with and answered all messages quickly. We had our dog with us and I was a little concerned before arriving since it was a pet friendly cabin that it might not be as clean as some others we had stayed in before that weren’t pet friendly but that was not the case. We were very pleased. I had asked beforehand if the cabin would be decorated for Christmas and it was. I did take the liberty to fluff and shape the tree though. Thank you again Patrick for welcoming us and our family to your cabin. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Cabin, View, and Location
The drive from the main road to the cabin takes some getting used to. The cabin itself is great! The view from the 2nd floor balcony/deck is spectacular. You get a similar view from the inside of the cabin with its stylish windows, and even from the hot tub! Cabin is conveniently located near a Walmart and downtown Blue Ridge. The places we visited were between 15-30 minutes in distance. Overall a very pleasant stay. Hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. Recommended 10/10.

Awesome Stay
Man we had an awesome stay. There is so much room in this cabin. There was 12 of us and we were able to gather in a large space to eat and play card games and not feel crammed. I love the fact that there was 2 bedrooms on the main floor and the rest was downstairs. It gave us the opportunity to stay up late and not disturb those on the lower level. From comfortable decks with nice swings and stunning views the list goes on and on. We will be definitely booking this property again. We hated to leave. Very spacious
We enjoyed the weekend in Blue Ridge. The cabin accommodated our family nicely and had everything we needed. We had an infant with us and the high chair and pack and play was much appreciated.

What an AMAZING few days!!!
God is good, and our family was able to experience His blessings these last few days! The house was PERFECT and Sooo spacious!! All 4 bedrooms were occupied by 2 “children (12 & 14)” and 8 adults PLUS 3 (well behaved) dogs. The greatest blessing was that no one ever felt cramped! SOOOOOO much fun!! It was so RELAXING!

Location was wonderful only 1 1/2 hrs away, view absolutely gorgeous, cabin beautiful. Plenty of seating for all 5 of us, bedrooms perfectly located and decor super!! Would definitely stay here again.

Sorority Sisters Still Together
We're a group of Sorority sister in our 60's who travel together often. Our Annual trip is to Blue Ridge every January. We've been searching for years for our go to place but have lots of strong women with different demands and expectations for "Our" place. We agreed this is it! We need good comfortable seating and lounging for 5 or 6, Dining table to seat us, Comfortable beds for everyone, fireplace, good kitchen with counter space, at least 3 full baths and a large deck. This place checks all the boxes and then some! The indoor hot tub is certainly a bonus!! The owners are wonderful to make sure everything is taken care of and respond very quickly.

Perfect Mountain Cabin
We staid over a very, very cold Christmas weekend. 4 adult children and us. Views of the mountains from the living room were wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of room for cooks. Hot tub indoors was strange, but we couldn’t have used it outdoors because it was a record setting cold. So it worked well. We didn’t use anything outdoors because of the cold. Bedrooms worked well for us and the separate family room downstairs gave us a place for a break. Both fireplaces were used! And the electric space heaters were very handy. Also, we all really liked shuffleboard, who knew? Overall it was a great stay in a lovely mountain cabin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is laid out well for one or multiple families. The living space is perfect size for view, TV and fireplace. Some locations are too cramped with furniture. The downstairs living space adds to that flexibility for families. The beds are very comfortable! Homeowners were immediate with any assistance via text which is great. We would recommend highly!

Amazing mountain getaway!
My husband and I were so excited for our first trip with our 9 month old as we are now expecting our second baby in May. This cabin was perfect!! It has lots of amenities for babies, was very clean and had the most beautiful view from the family room and balcony. We really loved that we could bring our pup along as we don’t get to do that too often. A huge plus was how comfortable the beds were and how conveniently close we were to downtown Blue Ridge and a local grocery store. Everything was perfect!! Thank you Patrick and Maria for everything. We will never forget this trip!

Perfect place for relaxation
Our stay was short for a day. The view from the living room is fantastic. The patio has nice seating with chairs and seating arrangements. The only drawback is the hot tub is within the living room space, we were afraid the water might come out of that space. Otherwise, it has nothing to complain about.

Great time
We had a great time and great communication with the owner. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for things like suitcases in each of the rooms. We have stayed a few places in Blue Ridge now, and we will be returning to this cabin in any future visits. The only thing I didn’t like was the drive up to the cabin during rain, but that whole process was warned about before we even arrived, so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Spacious and family friendly
The cabin was very comfortable for a large family stay. We loved the downstairs game room, the views and TVs in every room and living room(s). The cabin can use a bit of minor maintenance for example the dryer was not working, lightbulb changes etc. overall the cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Close your eyes and picture a mountain cabin and that’s Bear Cloud. Excellent Mountain views out the multiple windows on the main floor, lots of amenities to enjoy outdoor activities like grilling, cooking s’mores and walking hiking trails, modern interior features including plenty of Smart TV with streaming options and adequate Wi-Fi as well as expected home decorations, easy access to home and great location in Blue Ridge.

I’m big on travel and This…WAS AMAZING!
The drive there gives you an authentic Cabin trip feel. Off road yet not scary or to difficult just follow the directions or link that is provided(Host provided exact coordinates). It was just enough back road to get you prepared for their gorgeous cabin! When you enter the view will instantly make you smile and like all my friends and family said at the same time “ Yeah, This is Niccceeee!” Very Clean,( the house keepers deserve Kudos) comfortable and the Host provided everything from Lysol to baby spoons lol. I truly enjoyed knowing that if I forgot something it was here. The open floor plan and patio space with rocking chairs kept everyone together. OH and the BEDS..JUST AMAZING !!! Talk about melting into the bed yet firm at the same time! I’ve been to at least 4 Cabins here in the BlueRidge area and what I thought was me downsizing to this smaller cabin after a few people couldn’t make it. It definitely didn’t feel “small”at all. I could keep raving but you guys get it. Communication was great! Again verrrryyy clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great house! Amazing view. Close to downtown Blue Ridge. Large TVs in every room but only streaming no cable. Comfortable beds! Not a fan of the indoor hot tub. Peaceful and serene, loved the deck!

Beautiful Stay & Beautiful View
We came all the way from Orlando, Fl to stay at this beautiful cabin. We were their first guests and yet it seemed as if they had been doing this for a long time. The house was beautiful, spacious, comfy...They even had little gifts for us when we arrived. They have plenty forms of entertainment; board games, books, a hot tub, and the tv literally had so many options. The beds were clean, the bathroom, the living room, it was all outstanding. The communication was quick and all the information we received was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, super clean cabin.
We stayed 4 nights and loved it! Right when we walked in, it was very welcoming. A card from the owners and a bottle of wine. They had soft music playing too. It was awesome! It rained basically the whole time, but we enjoyed the porch swing so much! The view is amazing! Layers of mountains! The owners were very upfront about the drive up to the cabin. Its not as bad as I imagined... my camry and our crv made it just fine, even with the ruts in the road from all the rain. We saw a bear run across the road right before turning into the neighborhood and saw deer and turkeys near the cabin too. It was a great stay!

Carrie and Chris go above and beyond to make their guests’ stay at Bear Cloud a special trip to remember! From all of the helpful details about the area, to driving instructions, to ample amenities and a welcome gift, no stone is left unturned! This cabin is exactly midway on our annual family driving trip from VA to LA, and we hope to return! Also, we appreciate the wholesome environment with an open Bible turned to an appropriate verse for cabin guests! Our family plays old style gospel music at retirement communities, and we enjoyed playing our tunes in the living room!…very relaxing and cozy! The hot tub is wonderful, and the kitchen has everything in place for meal preparation. We also enjoyed movies and Jenga! Bear cloud cabin in Blue Ridge, GA
From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Cozy, comfortable, and conveniently laid out floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was easy to use. Extremely clean and inviting. The mountain views are spectacular! Many deer seen near the cabin so drive slow to spot them. Driving on the gravel roads are part of the experience which you learn how rather quickly. Hosts, Chris & Carrie, were readily available during our stay and communicated important info as needed. We cannot wait to visit this majestic place again. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

"Exceptional" is the perfect adjective to describe this property! You can read the other glowing reviews for more specific details. What nobody seems to mention is what an incredibly good value this property is for the nightly rate. Not many properties in Blue Ridge give you this much for your dollar. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I wanted some peace and quiet to myself after a crazy year. I greatly enjoyed the property. The drive in and out was daunting for a Florida city dweller like me, but the destination was perfectly secluded. That said, I did drive into town and around each day. Clean, beautiful, and spacious. The bed was comfortable too. I recommend this cabin to anyone.

Bear Cloud Cabin is beautiful and has the most amazing mountain views. It is very secluded and private and was just perfect for our anniversary. It’s the small things that make everything special! The welcome gift, the personal welcome phone call, towels with the hot tub, Bluetooth speakers ...All these special things made our stay amazing! The owners are courteous, helpful, & accessible. The views were beautiful and even though there were houses around us, the cabin still felt secluded. My only anxt were the roads. I’m Floridian so this may be a “me” issue. I didn’t care for them not being paved, albeit our Camry did fine. It just took me sometime to get comfy with them. Overall, great stay!!
