Living Areas



Step into a grand great room where vaulted timber ceilings frame panoramic windows overlooking the Toccoa River. Gather around the impressive stone fireplace, wrapped in plush seating, as crackling flames provide warmth during cool mountain evenings. The space encourages cozy conversations and shared laughter, while ambient lighting highlights the cabin’s natural wood textures.



On the terrace level of the home, you’ll find the entertainment-focused great room featuring a home theater room, in addition to shuffleboard and foosball tables. This dual-purpose area invites both active fun and relaxed entertainment, making it ideal for mixed groups looking to unwind together.







Kitchen/Dining Areas



The chef-inspired kitchen is a bright and welcoming space designed for both casual cooks and culinary enthusiasts. Outfitted with sleek stainless appliances, a spacious granite island, and ample cabinetry, it invites you to prepare everything from hearty breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Whether you're pan-searing freshly caught trout from the Toccoa or baking a decadent chocolate torte for dessert, this well-equipped kitchen delivers both function and flair.



Gather indoors around the rustic wood-top dining table for shared meals and long conversations, or step out to the deck for al fresco dining with a view. Bedrooms/Baths



The main-level king suite offers serene comfort, with direct access to a covered porch overlooking the river and a lavish jetted tub, perfect for winding down after a day of exploration.







Explore upstairs to discover two queen suites, each with its private bath, offering restful retreats for couples.







Downstairs, two additional king suites await, one boasting its own jetted tub for premium relaxation—ideal for soaking sore muscles after fly-fishing or hiking.

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Timber Trail Lodge is a beautifully decorated 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath home that sleeps up to  ten (10) and offers the following:

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person listed on the guest list. Dresser or closet for clothing storage. Central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1 roll paper towels, four kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
