'The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs...

'Nice motel with well equiped rooms en nice & clean swimming pool including a whirlpool. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg and GSM and tons of restaurants, Dollywood etc.'

'The beds are not comfortable. And every towel we used each day and at the pool you had to check them had hair in them. And I am not exaggerating when I say every towel, hand towel, wash cloth and pool towel.'

'Mooie accomodatie net buiten de drukte van de hoofdstraat. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Helaas was er geen ontbijtmogelijkheid en waren alle omliggende restaurants voor ontbijt overvol en hadden wachttijd van ongeveer 1 uur. De betere restaurants zijn op ongeveer 30 minuten loopafstand. Parkeren bij de restaurants alleen tegen betaling. '
