This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'The temperature in the room is controlled by someone offsite that has no name and cannot change the temperature We had to test 4 rooms before the staff found one that had air circulating and was showed below 76 degrees. I don’t know if you have ever been in a hotel room with no air circulation and wet towel smell heating for 7 hours . It’s pretty close to a full dirty diaper that has not been changed all day .

'Good location for travelling, even close enough to drive downtown Staunton.
Hotel grounds very neat and good parking, first impression inside very clean and open and very friendly staff.
Room was spacious and quite clean, bathroom needs some professional plumber do the caulking and removal of mold, though generally clean.
