'We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday night. The entire hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. It was stuffy and stinky. After 7hrs of driving we were too tired to go anywhere else. We were checked in quickly and went to our room. Opened the door to a well used, dirty room. Went back downstairs and was given another room. The hallways smelled of drugs and was extremely hot. Our room according to the wall AC was 80*. The hallway was hotter. It took about 2hrs to cool down. We did open the window...

'Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is clean, updated, well maintained and felt safe. Very convenient for six flags as we just had to walk across the street. My only complaint is that the pool and bistro were both closed. '

'Smoking is a big issue within the room and around the property. It took a week for the stinky smoke smell to fade away in my room. Even so, there is no escape from the cigarette smell around the hotel. Guests smoke outside of their rooms, in the hallway, and around the property. The quality of the staff varied from professional to unfriendly to under training employee. '

'All very good indeed. Photos and hotel descriptions are accurate. A few things concerning the breakfast. Overall the quality of the presented food is ok. I would recommend a good coffee machine with the option of a cappuccino. There are great Franke machines that do a magnificent job. However the first days we had proper porcelain plates and cups, steel cutlery, and normal glasses. The last 3 days that was converted to disposable paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery.
