'I needed a one night stay before my flight. Although not an ensuite i had a bathroom along the corridor to myself. Host was very friendly and informative, helped with all my airport access questions. Excellent value for money, and only an 8 minute flat walk away from the airport. Yes some bits are a bit tired, but for the price paid excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again when flying from Newcastle Airport. '

'We have just had a wonderful stay here as my other half was doing the Great North Run. The staff were so helpful polite and attentive. The room was excellent spacious .really comfy beds full bathroom and had everything we needed as well as very quiet. So now comes the restaurant........ wow just wow the food was top notch all freshly cooked and some of the best Italian we have ever had. Portion sizes are not for the faint hearted ie great for a pre run carb load tea for my partner but so...

"Good bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space. Very near to all restaurants and shopping mall and Grainers market. Parking available at the hotel at a first come first serve basis (200 meter further along). Not good: no dining/breakfast table! Old couch. Lamp in bedroom that did not go out. A lot of noise due to traffic until the late evening."
