I have yet to speak to the owner due to the same woman being present since checking in. I booked and paid for my room when I arrived and gave her my information to pull up my reservation ,as I’ve done several times through out the years, I was told I just made a reservation which was false because I paid online including the protection fee. She then told me to pay / insert my card to pay AGAIN! SHE THEN TOLD ME IT DIDNT WORK, mind you the screen in front of me was blank so I couldn’t even verify she was telling the truth, so for a second time I did and was charged twice plus a $20 pet fee! EVEN WORSE 2 hours later I received a notification that my card had been charged from the same place for $75 and when I immediately went back to the office she told me she didn’t have authorization to refund my money and that the owner wouldn’t be available until morning. WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE THE NEXT DAY HE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND SHE WAS STILL AT THE FRONT DESK. She was arrogant, rude, and refused to provide me with any way or information to speak to someone else! BOTTOM LINE I SUSPECT SHE IS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS/ truck drivers LIKE MY SELF SHE EXPECTS TO CHECK OUT AND BE GONE BY MONDAY WHICH SHE CONVENIENTLY SHE SAYS THE OWNER WILL BE PRESENT!
