'The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

'Our window curtain was torn and could not be closed. I informed room service and the front desk and all they said was we're sorry to hear that and did nothing. People from the Holiday Inn could see through our room. The room smelled funny. We had rented the suite. We arrived early after a long drive six hour drive from New Jersey and they charged us an extra $30. With the condition of the room, they should have just waived it. Avoid this place.'
