Zalig Serene Palm Cottage in de stad en 2 blokken van het strand

Een paar korte blokken van het strand en een blok van de stad maken dit zeldzame huisje in het historische district van Boca Grande de perfecte get-away. Gelegen op een extra groot terrein, is dit zonnige huis onlangs bijgewerkt (meest recent met een gloednieuwe mooie keuken ... inclusief een gasfornuis, roestvrijstalen koelkast, boerderij wastafel, etc.). Dit huis is zorgvuldig onderhouden en alles in het huis is gloednieuw, inclusief het meubilair, beddengoed en apparaten. De ruime master suite en bad heeft een eigen vleugel die zorgt voor privacy, terwijl de twee gasten slaapkamers en bad zijn aan de andere kant van het huisje. Geniet van de ruime open woonkamer / keuken / eetkamer (harde houten vloeren door het hele huis), het heerlijke briesje van de oceaan op de veranda of de privacy van de prachtig aangelegde achtertuin omringd door volwassen inheemse mango, kumquat, surnaim kers en zwart olijfbomen.

Lovely Gasparilla Cottage.

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother in law, and their dachshund, Jelly Bean, just returned from three days in Gasparilla. What an adorable, well stocked home. Good knives (a rarity!), plenty of towels, great appliances. And very cozy! Unfortunately it rained most of the time, but one day there was some sun and we grabbed the chairs and spent 2 hours at the beach which is right up the road, but we drove the couple of miles to go to the Boca Grand Pass Park entrance passed the lighthouse where the beach is much wider. This home is in a great location….you can walk to town, restaurants, and the beautiful Gasparilla Inn (breakfast at the Inn and dinner at the Pink Elephant are must-do’s). The property manager is a great communicator which I very much appreciated.

Boca Grande Perfection – A True Island Gem

I’ve been coming to Boca Grande since I was a kid and have stayed at over 80 different properties on the island. Without a doubt, this one tops them all.The location is unbeatable—everything is just a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. We parked the car when we arrived and never touched it again. From breakfast at The Outlet to dinners at The Temptation (maybe one too many—pretty sure I gave myself gout), to a scenic boat trip to Cabbage Key, everything we love about Boca was right at our fingertips.The home itself is the perfect size—comfortable, stylish, and full of that old Florida charm. Throughout the week, I brought in different groups of friends so each could experience what makes this place so special. It’s a little slice of heaven that takes you back to a better time.Susan was outstanding to work with—thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail. She made check-in a breeze and helped ensure our stay was effortless from start to finish.We jumped 47 tarpon this week, laughed until it hurt, and made memories I’ll never forget. Honestly, if I could rent this place all summer, I would. I’m even hesitant to share how amazing it is because part of me wants to keep it all to myself—but it’s just too good not to share.

Wow!!

The home was amazing! It had everything we needed. It is located in the heart of the village of Boca Grande. Everything is a short walk away (the beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants). If you want to enjoy the best of Boca Grande, this is your place! If 6 stars was an option that is what I would pick. Thank you to Susan for allowing us to stay at her property. We plan to return!!

The perfect island getaway

What a charming home in the historic district offering the perfect location for bike rides to dinner and morning strolls to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. The house is spacious and warm filled with beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding and an inviting kitchen when a stray summer squall calls for a quiet evening in. Great Boca Beach House

Lovely stay! We were worried post hurricane, but, our stay was wonderful. Most restaurants open, plenty of fun shops open all within walking distance of this well appointed beach house. Spotless, beautiful linens, great beach reads, beach towels, we had a wonderful stay, plan to be back!

Boca Grande is an authentic, Old Florida destination. Great beach, fishing, food, and shopping. This could be one of the cutest rental houses on the island! Would definitely recommend.

Darling cottage right in downtown Boca!

We love this home! This was our second time staying here, and it was perfect for our group of 6 women. Two-three short blocks to the beach, one block to downtown. Bedding is soft and fluffy; plenty of bath and beach towels. Susan is readily available for any problems--but we didn't have any!
