Welcome to Evolution, an oceanfront paradise with picture-perfect panoramic views of Grand Cayman's south coast.

Located mid-island, our guests are only 20-25 minutes away from the airport and Seven Mile Beach, the same distance to Rum Point, and 20 minutes to the best kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and scuba diving in the East End.

Evolution was specifically designed to offer seven large bedroom suites and a massive vaulted great room, all on one floor and each with direct oceanfront views with walk-out access to the pool and spa. This is a great entertaining villa for hosting a large group.

There is only one way to design such a villa… so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250' of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town's cemetery beach.

Choose from two primary suites, four queen suites, and a slumber party suite that sleeps 8 across two sets of full-over-full bunks and an Xbox One gaming console.

*** GETTING AROUND ***
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Avis, Marshalls, or Hertz.

*** VILLA CLEANING & SANITATION ***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

***BEACH NOTES***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Please note that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to changes in weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***SARGASSUM ADVISORY***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that peaks in summer. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
