Morning Glory is echt een van de meest elegante woonwijken aan de zuidkust van Grand Cayman.

Dit state-of-the-art huis beschikt over 5 slaapkamers en 5. 5 badkamers in het hoofdgebouw, en een volledig uitgeruste ruime 2 slaapkamers / 1 complete badkamer, woon- / eetkamer en keuken, appartement boven de garage, die allemaal comfortabel herbergt in totaal 14 gasten.

Dit prachtige huis ligt bovenop een 20 voet klif die een spectaculair uitzicht op de ruige kustlijn en de majestueuze sprankelende Caribische Zee biedt. Met meer dan een hectare volwassen, goed verzorgde, aangelegde tuinen en gazons, belooft het u ultieme privacy, rust en sereniteit.

Het dichtstbijzijnde openbare strand, dat Spotts Beach wordt genoemd, ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden. De zachte poederachtige witte stranden van Spotts Public Beach nodigen u uit om te ontspannen, snorkelen en zwemmen met de beschermde zeeschildpadden van Cayman. Dit is een Marine Park, dus het water is kristalhelder, waardoor het een begeerde locatie is voor zowel bewoners als bezoekers! Zie foto's van dit strand in onze selectie van foto's.

Het interieur van deze elegante residentie is zorgvuldig ingericht met moderne, eigentijdse meubels en armaturen, waardoor het comfortabel en gastvrij is! Het uitgestrekte terras rondom het prachtige infinity zwembad en spabad, samen met een ruime en gastvrije schaduwrijke eethoek in de buurt van de BBQ, nodigt u uit om te ontspannen na een dag sightseeing rond ons prachtige eiland.

Gelegen in de woonwijk Savannah, is het centraal gelegen op het eiland, wat zorgt voor een perfecte thuisbasis om de volledige omvang van Grand Cayman in beide richtingen te verkennen. Op weg naar het westen ligt de luchthaven op 20 minuten rijden; 15 minuten naar het beroemde 7 Mile Beach en het centrum van George Town; of naar het oosten, in de andere richting, is het 15 minuten rijden naar de Botanische Tuinen, of 25 minuten naar de beroemde Rum Point Beach Bar en Restaurant, waar u kunt genieten van een wereldberoemde Mudslide en een duik met de speelse pijlstaartroggen!

This house was everything I could have wanted to celebrate my 70th birthday with family and friends. The outside and inside were spectacular!! The only complaint I have is the bunk bed bedroom. It had no closet or attached bathroom like the other bedrooms, so anyone staying in that”bedroom “ had to use the Master Bedroom Bath. It would have been better use of space to make it into a fitness room.

Amazing property

This house is gorgeous. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The house is very clean and luxurious and beautifully decorated. We had no issues with air conditioning or appliances or anything like that. Jennie is very responsive and told us of an amazing beach very close to the house called Beach Bay which had an amazing little cove (a little rocky) and NO ONE ELSE THERE. Enjoyed that for hours. Water shoes made it a little easier but it’s like a giant ocean pool which was shallow enough for our kids to stand in. We didn’t know ahead of time but the house does have four beach chairs and two umbrellas and a bunch of coolers so we were set up nicely. Again, with no one else there! Couple of quick points: 1. There was a previous review that commented on the pool so I want to clarify it because both the original poster and the response are accurate. The pool is one depth and it’s seven feet. However there are many broad steps to go in and there’s a shelf around the whole pool so you can sit anywhere. But, there’s no classic “shallow end” for kids to play in. 2. My only “complaint”, and it’s minor, is that the beach umbrellas don’t attach up top properly. So, they blew away one day. The base remained in the sand, but the tops blew off in spite of being levered down. The glue doesn’t work properly. We all loved this house and would highly recommend it and Jennie. We’d def stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. I highly recommend this property for a large family. All the amenities are available, we couldn't have picked a better property for our large family gathering. Only downside is the pool, entire pool is 7ft deep with steps leading to it. Shallower pool from 3-7 ft would be nice. There is NO beach access and Spott's beach two minute drive from the property is not that clean, lots of seaweed. Overall, very good property, well maintained grounds, can easily sleep 18 or even 20.

Overall we had a great stay We were a large group that spend 12 days on the property. The villa itself is beautiful, and so is the sea vista. It's close to the supermarket but far from other venue ( 30 minutes or more from Caribbean Club, Kimpton Seafire or The Ritz-Carlton, on 7 mile beach) Worth the money!

Oustanding experience on Grand Cayman

Morning Glory was amazing! It was everything we expected and more. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The location is great and the views are second to none. The house is even better than it looks in the photos and the pool is breathtaking both day and night. We took advantage of the out door cooking area and enjoyed dinner under the stars at night. It was like having our own private coastline. If you want to truly get away from it all, this is the place for you. We will certainly be back to visit this house again.

Beyond all expectations!!!

This truly was a once in a lifetime memory for our family!! Our nephews received their open water dive certification, we spent the week as a family, diving, swimming, sitting in the hot tub every evening and eating dinner under the stars at this incredible property. Portia was so very hospitable, and available should we have needed anything. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to share in their piece of paradise. It was truly wonderful, and we look forward to returning soon.

Breathtaking and Incredible

As beautiful as the pictures are, they do not do this wonderful home justice! Every room has a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool area.The bedrooms had ample storage for all of our belongings and each had their own spacious bathroom. The shared living areas (inside and out) provided enough space that if you wanted a few moments to yourself, you could have it. The living and dining rooms had furniture enough to provide seating for everyone. The kitchen area was well equipped and served as a great gathering place for all of our guests without feeling crowded. Several people were able to prepare snacks and never trip over each other. We had a team from Chef Lloyd Brown come in and fix a dinner for our group and they were able to prepare everything without an issue. The food was phenomenal and gorgeous! Would recommend them for ANY occasion! Ours was a very small wedding. Perfect setting, perfect food! I do have to say, the kitchen (even when you were by yourself) was a bit on the warm side. No appliances were running. It was almost always 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The manager of the house (Portia) was great! She was available to us within minutes of calling her. We tried not to bother her too much but, she always told us 'it was never a bother'. Especially, when one of the chairs collapsed under one of our guests. The mechanism under the chair was corroded and clearly not anyone's fault. We understand these things happen. No one was hurt, and Portia took care of it right away. On the day we left, I forgot my purse and Portia was right there to let us go in and get it once I discovered I had left it. She is a wonderful asset to the home. The one negative thing I have is there was not enough toilet paper provided. Portia told us there was supposed to be 3 rolls in every bathroom. I know my bathroom only had 2 and have gotten similar reports from my other guests. We were out of toilet tissue on the last full day of our stay and went to buy more instead of having Portia give us any out of her own house. I do feel for the money we paid, it's the little things that can really make you give 100% positive feedback. Other than that, it was a phenomenal stay and I will definitely be going back to Morning Glory! Portia made mention of the fact that we left the home very, very clean when we went back to get my purse. I am certain we should get our full deposit returned. Thank you for an amazing vacation. 11 of my family stayed here to celebrate our mother's 85th birthday. What a place. The view is stunning, the pool and hot tub inviting and rooms were luxurious. Away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown but a short drive to anything we needed. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Perfect Getaway

Over the last 5 years my family has rented quite a few homes in the Caribbean and this has been by far the best. We had 14 people, grandparents, 3 couples, a 4 year old, 3 one year olds and two teenagers. It was the perfect size where we all had our own space but there was enough room for us all to hang out together. The house and grounds are kept up beautifully by Portia and we were impressed by how simple the decor was making it easy to feel comfortable. Pros-lots of storage in rooms and kitchen for food you buy and clothes you bring. Close to grocery store and food. 15 minutes from downtown but far away enough to miss all the tourists and cruise ships. Lots of rooms, including a separate guest house. Very private. Great for kids, there are plugs in the outlets and you can close doors to keep kids in and there's a playground for them to play on. Cons- as mentioned in other reviews the pool floor is very rough. My 4 year old bled a lot on her feet and legs and we finally had her wear shoes to swim. There is no shallow end, just stairs, the rest of the pool is all 7 ft. While the beach is driving distance it has a strong current and big waves for small children so it isn't a place you'd really want to spend the day. If you want water bottles you have to buy your own. We talked to Portia about this because they only give you one jug and for 14 people we went through 1 a day and to buy them is expensive. Overall I highly recommend this house.
