Your Oceanfront Experience - Hot Tub - Mooie omheinde binnenplaats

Wij nodigen u uit om te genieten van 'Aftermath', onze 4e generatie familiecabine aan de oceaan, 11 km ten noorden van Bodega Bay, 8 km ten zuiden van Jenner. Ervaar het drama van de zee direct buiten de ramen van uw woonkamer. Slaap op de rustgevende muziek van de golven. Word wakker met een wandeling over de zandstranden van Duncan's Cove en Wright's Beach. Trek er op uit en verken de unieke schatten van Sonoma County, waaronder de charmante dorpjes Bodega, Duncans Mills en Guerneville. Wandel onder de honderdjarige sequoia's van Armstrong Grove. Proef bekroonde wijnen van de Russian River Valley. Onder onze favorieten zijn Rochioli, Gary Farrell en Lynmar. Bekijk de zon in de zee zinken vanuit de warmte van uw hooggelegen hot tub. Ontspan, revitaliseer en beleef de gebeurtenissen van de dag opnieuw.

Creature comfort omvat drie flatscreen satelliet-tv's, DVR, Blu-ray / DVD, premium filmpakket, high speed draadloos internet, onbeperkt lokale en binnenlandse interlokale telefoon, afgesloten tuinterras met gasbarbecue, terras met bubbelbad met uitzicht op de zee, en open haard op gas.

Comfortabele plattegrond omvat twee grote slaapkamers / badkamers (een koning en een queensize bed), grenzend aan familie kamer en een vernieuwde keuken. Een slaapbank in de familiekamer biedt plaats aan een vijfde en zesde gast.

This place is a little gem with calming ocean view. It is nice to sit on the chair in front of the window and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Beautiful! Hot tub outside overlooking the cliff and the ocean was super nice to watch sunset! I, however, suggest to the owners to wash bed comforter and pillows covers. It seems that these items were not washed for a long time and smelled heavily by a dog or unwashed body. The whole place smelled like animals. We had to keep all doors opened to get fresh air in. Also, the owners have to bring water in and pump it so the water pressure in the shower is barely existent. It is understandable, however, if you have a lot of hair, it is hard to manage with this water pressure. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time there and reading the story of two math teachers who bought this place (The aftermath) a long time ago. Very adorable!

What an amazing view when we first walked in. It never became old but instead enjoyed all the activities of both human and animal! Met neighbor who was delightful and shared about the area. Beds comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Great history to the home and close to restaurants and Bodega shopping.

My mother celebrated her 93rd birthday on this trip. We started renting this property in 1988 and it was a wonderful full circle memory for her. The place was lovely. The only complaint was the water pressure was quite low, but totally understandable with the water situation on the Coast. Will definitely recommend this property to others.

3rd year at this property. Location, views, neighborhood all great. They provide all you would need. Close enough to Bodega Bay, Jenner and Duncan Mills. Do not miss the pastries at the Duncan Mills bakery.

Exceeded expectation

Beyond wonderful. I planned to bring my mom and aunt for my aunts 80th bday celebration. My aunt ended up breaking her hip and couldn’t make it. Beth was kind enough to allow me to bring my son instead. The house is breathtaking form the moment you enter the courtyard and see the beautifully cared for yard. Then you enter the current cottage with a wall of windows with stunning closeness to the ocean. You feel like you could jump right in. The love and care that the family has for this house is clear everywhere. It was very nicely updated. Very clean, and comfortable. We made meals, played games, which they have many there, watched movies by the fire, walked the beach and had the best time! We hope to stay again as soon as we can.

The BEST!!

Just WOW! It is EXACTLY what we hoped for. Actually more. For two couples it could not possibly be more ideal. Two master bedrooms with plenty of privacy yet cozy and homey. The view simply can not be beat. End of story. And walking distance to great hiking trails. We booked again for. November. And I’m sure in November we will book again! Superb!!

Bodega Bay Spring Break 2025

Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.

60th Birthday ocean trip

The view is stunning! The house was very clean. The couches, chairs and be beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Having the beautiful courtyard was perfect for our dog. We could just let him out in the morning & didn’t have to worry about him. We loved watching the waves & hearing them as well fell asleep. Great place!

Birthday Getaway

I traveled with my 8mo baby, 2 dogs and husband to celebrate his birthday in Bodega Bay. Aftermath is a gorgeous gem we happened to stumble across on Vrbo. The photos are beautiful but still don’t do this space justice. The views are incredible, the house is perfect, very clean, updated, stocked with necessities and plenty of space. From the peaceful private front garden to the private back patio with hot tub, we felt we were in our own hidden oasis. We fell in love with this spot and said we will be coming back each year! The hosts were easy going and wonderful! Thank you for sharing your amazing space with us to make new family memories!

Ocean front heaven

We stayed at aftermath years ago and it was just as spectacular this time. The views of the ocean are amazing as you have a front row seat to watch the waves crash on the beach right below. The ocean rocks you to sleep in the evening. If you get a chance to come stay- bring all the provisions you need and just enjoy this sweet spot. You won’t want to leave
