'After a small issue getting into the property due to booking not getting to owner early enough everything went well. The property is great value for money clean , warm , comfertable bed and good size for a couple wantong to explore the area. Close to lots of shops and a pub. Parking by propery. Would recommend and would go again. Be aware no wifi in property which would have been a help but good phone signal. No issues with owner very friendly and helpful. '

'First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...

'Small, but had everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Easy walk from station, and the transport to the Eden Project was a plus! Also, the washer/dryer came in handy for us, allowing us to pack half as much clothing! Claire is a lovely host!'

'Shops are walking distance but along a busy road with no pavement. Driving is advised.'

'We booked a week at the lodge for our honeymoon. On our arrival we thought the location was amazing, so picturesque, sat in front of a lake. As we entered the lodge another surprise awaited us.. a Cornish cream tea, lovely, and was really appreciated. Everything about the lodge was perfect, spotlessly clean, very, very comfortable, couldn't fault it. The owners were extremely friendly and so obliging. We would highly recommend it.'

'There are many many steep steps from the parking area to the door and the two more flights of stairs inside the property. We had 4 large suitcases to carry up these steps/stairs. The parking space is well documented but not the steps/stairs. '
