frontdesk Don’t communicate with you when your room is ready. They told us to call when room available but no one called until 4pm when we asked the front desk they said room is ready and when we asked why you haven’t called when you said you would they didn’t respond. Poor staff and communication. Looks to be all their staff is interns/students. I had a stomach ache after ate the food. So test of the days I had to eat cheese and bread. There is nothing in the area to go out and see. We stayed 2 days thankfully I don’t know how would I stayed 1 week.

Otelin konumu çok güzel , deniz çok ıyı çoğunlukla dalgasız. Sığ bir deniz , giriş taşlık sonra kuma dönüyor. Personel güler yüzlü herkes canla başla işini yapmaya çalışıyor. Oda temizliğini yeterli bulmadım , mayo asılan balkondaki askılık toz içindeydi , kahve çay için odaya bırakılan bardaklar lekeliydi. Odada genelde pamuk , bazen diş fırçası , dikiş seti vs olur burda yoktu. Diğer bir sorun sivrisinek , sinek ilacı yanınızda getirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Resepsiyona sordum , sanırım ik ‘ya sorup dönüş yapayım dedi ama bana olumlu ya da olumsuz dönüş yapan olmadı. Otelde coffee shop olması iyiydi. Genel olarak yeşillik , deniz kum güzel tavsiye ederim. Yemekler de çeşitli ve lezzetliydi

Ants in the bathroom
Barely a welcome upon arrival, showed to our room which was not as advertised. The bathroom was below standard, with holes in the wall and fittings that looked like they’d been held together with polyfilla. There were ants everywhere in the bathroom The dining hall was incredibly busy, to the point where there were no tables to sit at. It wasn’t air conditioned either. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and pretty rude at points. Requested a change of room to be told ‘nothing we can do, hotel if fully booked, come back’. Checked in 3 times only to get the same answer so we had to leave. Only stayed one night but the hotel was awful

Ailemizle beraber 4 auri odada 10 kisiydik. Odalar geniş ama çok bakimsiz ve eski, minibar var ama boş. Restaurant ekibi başta Rexep bey, Muzaffer,Halil,Songül super hizmet veriyorlar. Fakat yemeklerin lezzeti ve sunuşu vasatın altında. Hotelin plaj bolgesi cok bakimli, deniz ve kumsal şahane. Son olarak animasyon ekipleri fenel misafirlari eglendirmek icin kurulur, rehber gibi hareket edip hanut toplamak onların görevi degil diye düşünüyorum.

This property is used for kids summer camps ....100s of children running around , screaming , making noise day and night in and out of their room, playing with foods in the dining hall , urinating and more in the pool which got closed multiple times...then to my astoniahment the management allow the same kids to come swim in the adult pool knowing they have dirted the main pool !!! I'm glad to be out of there and I'm more tired and exhausted than when I checked in ...those were not vacations

Gut für all Inclusive Urlaub im Hotel
Das Hotel liegt sehr weit Abseits von der Stadt in einem Dorf. Die Anlage ist jedoch sehr groß und bietet Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, außerdem hat sie einen eigenen Stand. Es ist gut für den All Inclusive Urlaub im Hotel, wer jedoch in die Stadt Bodrum fahren will, sollte in ein anderes Hotel

Sehr geehrterGast Cem, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben und unser Hotel auf Expedia Group bewertet haben. Wir haben uns gefreut dass ,das Hotel Ihnen gefallen hat. It's nice hotel but with less price
Overall I think we spent very nice time in the hotel, but some of the stuff in the reception are very Junior and they're not so professional. I recommend that they have some professional receptionist to receive guests. Value for money, it's not worth it to pay more than 300$ per night our expectations were higher than what we got

Sea was perfect, but all the places were reserved with towels so you can not use and nobody comes to the reserved area:(( You have to search for a while for a place to have sunbath. The towels and tables in the room were not clean there were spots on them. Although it was an all inclusive hotel, even fresh orange juice at breakfast time had a price. The alchololic beverages tastes like watery, no nuts at the bar..

Resort di buon livello anche se un po’ costoso
Ampi spazi verdi fino alla spiaggia, che permette di trovare spazio per tutti gli ospiti. Mare cristallino, pulito. Camere spaziose, silenziose e confortevoli. Un po’ ripetitivo il menu e confusionario il ristorante, ma il livello accettabile. Pochi snack fuori degli orari dei pasti per un all-inclusive.

Ilk gunler ailecek midemiz bozuldu. Ciddi anlamda igrencti yemekler. Karpuz ve peynirle beslendim tum tatil boyunca. Soguk sicak icecekler de vasat. Ama gelelim eglence kismina. Acikcasi eglence, havuz, deniz bunlar parasinin hakkini verdi. Guleryuzlu eglence personeli vardi. Cocuk klubu vs. idare eder. Aile oteli. Gelebilirsiniz. Ama tekrar ediyorum en iyilestirilmesi gereken konu YEMEK.

Nice. Hotel in general with no proper English staf
I really don't know what their principal of room cleaning concept in this hotel . Really they don't have a basic idea . Also no much activities for a father with a single child specially that we were not booked through lui , hence he was not allowed into the kids club '!!?? Anyways I'm not going to correct the universe from my end ... Never ever again

Great Hotel Exceptonal Staff Wonderfull Bay and Se
A Great Family Hotel Cant really dinf anything negative to write because we had a great time, hotel staff are exceptionally helpfull the sea was extraordinary clean and beautifull would recomend this hotel to any family also this is the former hotel of Magiclife Der Club which was a great franchise and every thing was build according to their standards. So if you are thinkg Sea, Food, Entertaintment, Easy Access to Beach and Pool and you have children look no further.
