Wij waren er twee nachten en genoten van de smaakvolle, luxe kamer en badkamer. Het rustige zwembad met prachtig uitzicht, en de enthousiaste bediening waren heel fijn. Het ontbijt was overdadig, we hadden er de voorkeur aan gegeven zélf te kunnen kiezen, om verspilling tegen te gaan. Al met al een hele prettige ervaring!

We zijn vaker naar het hotel geweest omdat we het steeds een kans wilde geven gezien het hotel best nieuw is. Elk jaar ander personeel dus we dachten dat het niet slechter kon, echter zijn ze erg onvriendelijk en hechten ze totaal geen waarde aan vaste klanten. Ook stonk onze kamer naar riolering. Het is een mooi hotel maar dat is ook het enige.

Toen wij aankwamen bij het Hotel werden we gelijk buiten ontvangen er kregen we hulp bij de koffers. Eenmaal op de kamer viel het heel erg tegen, het stonk onwijs, dode vliegen op de grond, vlekken in het tapijt, vieze putjes en vlekken op de lakens. Kortom, het was zeker niet schoon. We hebben het gemeld en gelijk een andere kamer gekregen, deze was een stuk beter maar viel nog steeds tegen. Het is heel donker, en blijkbaar is de stank het ventilatie systeem. Wij hebben voor twee nachten 450€ betaald en nog nooit voor dit geld z'n slechte kamer gehad. Erg jammer!

Mooi hotel met onervaren en chagrijnig personeel!
Hotel medewerkers waren niet behulpzaam, in het byzonder ten opzichte van vorig jaar. Bij het verlengen van ons verblijf werden we continu gebeld op het telefoontoestel van het toilet omdat ze onmiddelijk de betaling wilden. Voor de rest is het ontbijt erg mager en mag je savonds niet zwemmen. We werden continu wakker door de luidruchtigheid van het personeel, toiletpapier en handoelen kregen we te weinig of niet tijdig en ons kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Het beddengoed was altijd vies en er waren spinnen onder onze bedden. Tot slot werden we zowat uit het hotel gegooid terwijl we hadden doorgegeven dat we een verlenging wilden. Dit, de klanttevredenheid vonden ze blijkbaar minder belangrijk dan de betaling. Super mooi hotel met een zeer slechte aanpak!

Vanaf dag 1 zijn we verrast van de gastvrijheid van personeel. Ondanks karigheid van ontbeit hebben we elke dag lekker genoten van onze ontbijt. Qua ligging, is het perfect, 2 km naar centrum en op loop afstand is er een strand.

Though the property has a nice vibe, the food available - including the buffet breakfast- was really poor quality. The hotel also has no amenities beyond the pool. The staff were friendly, and near the pool attentive, the service at the hotel was really indifferent - after visits from housekeeping for instance the bed wasn’t made and they didn’t replenish things such as the complimentary water bottles. Overall a disappointing experience and not worth the money we were charged.

Location is currently a NIGHTMARE. Crazy construction all around making it unsafe to walk to town, which is the reason we booked this hotel to. Super noisy and smelly for rooms on 1st level. The day before we were checking out and riding to the airport at 6 AM, they ask to make us move our care about 1 km from the hotel and oh, you'll have to walk all the way there with your luggage and many bags tomorrow by the way. MAKE SURE THIS IS OVER if you book. I have major mixed feelings about service. I had to ask 2 days out of 4 for the room to be cleaned up. On those 2 days the water bottle refills were forgotten. No hairdryer in the room on arrival, I had to ask for it 4 times. Coffee in the morning at the restaurant takes forever to come. But most staff is really nice. Personally we would have preferred a buffet breakfast so we can choose what we want to eat and 15 out of 17 plates of the turkish breakfast they serve are not going to waste (there must be a lot of waste...) We paid for the most expensive room of the place (suite with terrace) and I feel like I didn't get a lot for my money. Having to ask almost every day in a 4-night stay for hand towels, had soap, toilet paper... And, we did not get the free bottle of wine that was advertised at time of booking for being an Expedia Rewards Glod Member.

Super bel hôtel, propre, les chambres sont spatieuses et élégantes. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et la piscine est propre. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Le seul hic c’est que la rue de l’hôtel est en construction et ca créer des bouchons à certains moments de la journée.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel et la vue étaient magnifiques. Hôtel excentrer de la ville donc parfait pour se reposer. Cependant, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le service laisse à désirer: - femme de ménage désagréable et pas polie - erreur lors du paiement de repas sur plusieurs facture. Donc si on ne vérifie pas, on se fait arnaquer. - nous devions appeler quotidiennement le service de ménage pour qu’ils viennent nettoyer notre chambre sachant que nous mettions systématiquement la pancarte. Quand le ménage était fait, le nettoyage était très approximatif. Fuite d’eau sur le plafond dans un spote encastré donc risque d’électrocution qui a été réparé, mais aucun geste n’a été fait pour cela. Déplus robinetterie bouchée lors de notre arrivé et fuite au niveau du siphon. Marche d’escalier en pavé qui n’était pas stable pour se rendre tous les jours au petit déjeuner et à la piscine. Passage très fréquenté par les clients de l’hôtel, ce qui constitue un risque pour la sécurité. Déplus, nous étions obligé de traduire en turc avec Google traduction, car les personnels de la réception ne comprennent par correctement l’anglais.
