Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! 'I stayed for a week during a conference. The hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable. I got the feeling that they genuinely care. They helped arrange a diving trip and book taxies. Airport pickup, laundry service, and breakfast were all satisfactory. The room was basic but clean and functional. The location is great too: close to the fish market and there were plenty of stores around. I highly recommend this place. '
