Summary:
Six bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and room for up to fourteen with the living-room sofa bed. Every bedroom has a queen-size bed; there are no single beds, and the house has three floors. There's a big wrap-around garden, a kitchen island, a home office, and parking for two or three cars at the back. The pier and seafront are about 12 minutes' walk, and Goodwood Motor Circuit is about 15 minutes by car.
The Space:
Sleeping
Bedrooms 1 to 6: one queen-size bed each (in UK terms, a generous double).
Living room: a sofa bed for two.
One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other five are upstairs. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided for everyone.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms. The family one has a freestanding tub alongside a walk-in shower; bedroom 2 has an en suite with a shower; and up on the top floor the shower sits over the bath. A separate WC adds a fourth toilet.
Kitchen and dining
A modern kitchen with an island, a dishwasher, an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and a dining table.
Living room
Sofas and a large TV, with space for the whole group. Guests say the bedrooms and living spaces feel bigger in person than in the photos.
Home office
A dedicated room with a desk and Wi-Fi.
Outside
A private garden that wraps around the house.
Everyday practicals
A washing machine and tumble dryer (in a small outbuilding by the back door), an iron, heating on each floor, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Travelling with children
Children and babies are welcome, and the garden gives them room to play. There's no cot or high chair, so please bring a travel cot if you need one. One guest wrote that their grandchildren, aged one, two and three, loved it.
Groups and work teams
With six separate bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and parking at the back, the house also suits colleagues on a job along the West Sussex coast; a guest here for work called it ideally placed.
Bringing your dog
Up to three dogs are welcome, and a pet fee applies.
