wonderful breakfast and staff

the breakfast was excellent, the breakfast spread was huge and had lots of variety..better than some other 4* hotel. The breakfast staff was very attentive to your needs.

The smallest rooms' size I ever used.

The location is not recommended, I will never get back to this hotel for two reasons, 1- the location, and 2- the room size.

So Far untuk hotelnya cukup bagus dan bersih , untuk sarapan juga banyak variasinya. Hanya untuk keperluan saat ini dalam hal internetnya kurang maksimal karena lebih lambat dibandingkan dengan hotel lainnya.

Needs a lot of fine tuning.

The room was incredibly small especially the bathroom. There was not enough room in the bathroom for two people to stand next to each other. You had to close the bathroom door in order to get to the toilet. I am vey short. and had to sit sideways when using the toilet. I can only imagine what it would be like if I was any taller. I would frequently need to ask housekeeping to give me items they didn't restock when they cleaned out room, such as toilet paper, towels, water, etc. We were put on the 7th floor and after the rains the ceiling had leaks. There were water spots all over the ceiling in our room. I called the front desk and they sent a couple of people up to take a look. After just looking up at the ceiling, the one gentleman wiped down my luggage that had water on it and mopped the floor then left. The next day we mentioned it to the front desk again and they offered to give us a new room which we took. Although this is a fairly new hotel, there were a number of things that didn't work or were not in good condition. Sometimes one of the elevators was out of service. In the other elevator, there was a screen that looked like an iPad (I think it was supposed to have an add on it or emit music but it was torn off the wall. There were cracks in the ceiling an on walls in our room. Looks like very poor construction. The outside entry floor is very slippery. My mother slipped and fell getting out of the car.

Good location but not so good service.

The room type seemed not the same, since they almost gave us what they called deluxe room but not similar to other deluxe rooms that they have shown us (and also the one that on the website). Our room was not clean enough, and there were a lot of red ants surrounded foods/snacks that we put in the room. At breakfast time, the restaurant did not have tomato sauce when we asked for some, and they even did not put any effort to provide the tomato sauce, they only said they don't have any tomato sauce since they have run out of tomato sauce stock.

Bad Air

The big problem with this hotel is the air in the room. Firstly the room smells very strongly of paint. The windows do not open so no way to air it. The staff do try to counter this with candles and such but it's only partially successful. Nothing helps with the cigarette smell that comes into the room. I think it's the AC which brings it. It was particularly strong in the bathroom. I also found the hotel very noisy, both due to traffic and other guests but the air is the main reason I would not go back. It's a shame because the staff and the food were good.

Overall great

Expected a lil more. No fridge in the room. Looks very flash from the outside but Room and cleanliness could improve a little. Great Breakfast included. Over all it's been a nice stay. Thanks

4 star hotel that don't deliver comparable service

Front desk staff gave us a smoking room even though we requested for non-smoking room. Room had heavy smoke stench. Front desk staff (Angga) claimed all rooms have smoke smell and offered only to spray air freshener. Another staff (Selvia) went the extra mile and changed the room for us.

Hotel bagus, pelayanan perlu perbaikan

Kami booking 2 kmr Tgl.20/07/15 - 21/07/15, saat check in antrian panjang sekali dan banyak tamu lain yg sedang marah2, stlh kami cari tahu ternyata data di system tidak valid ada beberapa tamu sdh booking online tapi tdk terdata, untunglah hal tsb tidak terjadi pd kami. Tp masalah tetap ada yaitu kamar yg sdh siap digunakan baru 1 kamar, kamar yg satunya sedang dibersihkan, dgn sedikit berdebat akhirnya kami mengalah mau menunggu 1 kamar tsb. Untunglah kekecewaan kami terbayar begitu masuk ke kamar yg bersih dan nyaman, juga sarapan yg dihidangkan enak dan banyak jenisnya.

ボゴール植物園に近く歩いて行ける。ボタニスクエアモールにも近い。

まず外観が素晴らしくて目を見張ります エントランスホールはやや狭く感じますが装飾が豪華でありながらスッキリしていて良いと思いました。フロントスタッフも笑顔で説明も丁寧でした。部屋に入ると淡色で統一された豪華な部屋という感じでした。ただドレッサーの椅子を引くとその下は、髪やホコリが結構残ってました。タオルはバスタオルのみでした。部屋の冷蔵庫は鍵が掛かっておりフロントに連絡して開けて使用できるよう頼みました、わかりましたとの事でしたが結局スタッフは来ず冷蔵庫は使わずじまいでした。朝食はパンやケーキの種類も多くその他の料理も十分な種類で美味しく頂きました。卵料理もオーダーに応じて目の前で作ってくれます。ただまだプールやジム等の設備が出来ておらず残念でした。
