Mi segunda casa en Bogota!
Durante mi estadia me senti como en casa , la familia Gaitan te lo haran sentir asi, su staff una de las mejores, las instalaciones super limpias y todo funcional, muy cerca de todo y un lugar muy romantico, encantador y con mucha Historia de Bogota.

Nice hotel, very spacious room, great bathroom. Nice bed. They do have some things to improve in: they have a problem with the temperature of the water: it wasn't hot enough. Breakfast was very small: you can choose between eggs or parfait or a sandwich. Towels are small and quite outdated.

Upon arrival by taxi at the hotel, it was raining, and security personnel made sure that we did not get wet by escorting us with large umbrellas from the car to the entrance of the hotel. Once at the reception area we received an exceptional welcome from Miss. Jessica Acosta and Miss. Martha Alarcon, and they made sure that we were very satisfied with our room accommodations. We stayed for seven days, and were pleased that we were always addressed by our names and asked if they could be of help in any way. The restaurant menu as well as its staff is accordance to standards of a Boutique hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of the staff and the area where the hotel is located.

Está muy bien ubicado y sus instalaciones están aptas para el propósito. Ambiente familiar y buena respuesta de empleados solícitos y amables.

A wonderful boutique hotel
A wonderful place in the trendy and food area in Bogota. All the staff are wonderful. The room is super neat and clean. I had such a great stay that I extended for another 3 nights. If I am going to visit Bogota again, I have no doubt this will be my first choice. They are very helpful in allowing me to stay longer because my flight leaves super late at night. Other hotels would have kicked me out long before that! Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel experience in Bogota.
