Cómodo, aseado y a una cuadra de Corferias
Hotel muy cómo y aseado. A una cuadra de Corferias, por lo tanto es ideal para asistir a eventos.

Rooms are clean and nice. Super service!!!
The service was outstanding. The attention this staff gives their clients was unbelievable. Up to the ladies that served our breakfast, they were so nice to us. Whatever we requested it was done without a question. Oscar and the other front desk Clerk ( I forgot his name) were the best!! We rate this Hotel Aristons with 5 stars without a doubt. Rooms were clean. A bit cold but that's because we're from the caribbean. The neighbourhood was also nice if you like the colombian ambiente. We loved it, late in the night we drank our coffee around the corner with a piece of cake. It's not a hotel on the beach, but if you like to see mountains while you're doing your morning walk, it is breathtaking. Bogota population is BIG so the traffice is a torture.

Hotel amplio, cómodo y personal amable y servicial
Es un hotel, que a pesar de no estar cercano a la plaza Bolívar, no está lejos del centro comercial y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Sus alrededores, además cuentan con servicio de traslado al aeropuerto.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad.
El hotel no está cercano a La Candelaria, que es la parte histórica, sin embargo ofrece servicios de taxi y de traslados desde la puerta del hotel, tiene habitaciones excelentes para familias, éramos 5 y contamos con suficiente espacio.

hotel muy agradable
muy bien, el único conveniente es el parqueadero , por que el hotel no cuenta con ese servicio y en Bogota los parqueos son demasiado costosos.

La atención del personal fue muy bueno, se esfuerzan por hacerlo sentir bien. Me desubicó un poco la oferta que decía al reservar "todos los impuestos incluídos" y no fue así...casí el 30% más a la hora de pagar.

Close to airport-overall good
Nice, clean hotel.I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel that provides good service. there is a nice bakery shop just steps away. Remember you will need to pay %16 taxes on top of your rate.

Un lugar normal, hay mejores opciones a ese precio
En la reserva no se aclara que el IVA no está incluido en el valor, además te hacen pagar un seguro hotelero adicional al ingreso, es decir, incrementa mucho mas el valor. Se ofrece un descuento del 50% en la página, realmente considero que es algo estratégico, porque considero muy alto el costo para el servicio recibido. La atención en el restaurante es excelente por la señora de la cocina, pero el desayuno es regular tendiendo a malo y en recepción la atención es regular. La habitación es limpia y el baño pequeño.

O bairro é um pouco distante do aeroporto e fica um pouco afastado dos pontos turísticos. A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e prestativa. O quarto era limpo e confortável. Tivemos um problema com a falta de água quente no último dia (estava um dia muito frio).

Problemas al momento de la llegada porque no les apareció la reserva , por lo que me ubicaron en otra habitación que no era la reservada pero en general estuvo bien

Este hotel lo escogemos para pasar una noche en tránsito entre dos vuelos. No alcanzamos a tomar desayuno ya que nuestro vuelo partía muy temprano en horas de la mañana. No recomiendo pedir taxi en el hotel sino por teléfono o Uber, ya que el taxi del hotel cuesta el doble de la carrera normal. Las camas del hotel son muy cortas y estrechas (al menos en habitación triple que nos fue asignada).

Buen lugar si se tiene un viaje de negocios
La estancia fue buena en general. Es un buen lugar si se trata de un viaje de negocios y solo se va a dormir. Las habitaciones están bien aseadas. El incoveniente es que no cuenta con secadora en el baño y la plancha para ropa debe solicitarse con tiempo.

PESIMO HOTEL
Terrible, el wifi no sirve, solo coge por ciertos sitios y es super lento. La atención es pésima, la cortina y las luces del dormitorio dañadas y pedimos que arreglaran y nunca lo hicieron. El desayuno no es tipo bufete, todos los días dan huevos revueltos con cascara!

Very quiet near city center.
We stayed twice at this hotel for a total of 5 nights. Great staff and amazingly quiet for a hotel in the middle of a city of 10 million. Would recommend.

I was very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 14 nights in two rooms for a party of 5. The staff was very nice and willing to accommodate us. Through the holidays we had easy access and the neighborhood was safe. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel that provides top notch service.

Great hotel for the money
The room was affordable and comfortable. We needed a space to sleep 5 people and thus was perfect. The staff was very helpful and hardworking - down to the pleasant shuttle driver.

Hotel comodo por el precio...personal adecuado....WIFI no es tan bueno en la habitacion pero funciona ....desayuno igual todos los dias considero que deben mejorar el menu, hacer un refrescamiento del mismo....la zona bien ....algo positivo queda a 450 metros del transmilenio ciudad universitaria, al lado queda una panaderia venta de frutas y supermercado.....con muy buenos precios....si lo recomiendo....hotel low cost...para una familia con un presupuesto reducido esta bastante bien....cerca muchos lugares con menu ejecutivo....fue lo mejor....

Nice little hotel on straight shot to the airport
The surrounding neighborhood is so-so OK, but there is a nice little bakery/sandwich shop just steps away. Three roosters competed crowing outside in neighboring houses at 4:00am, but my wife and I were already awake because we had an early morning international flight. Because traffic in Bogota is so extremely horrible at all times of day or night, we picked this hotel for ease in getting to the airport. This hotel has an excellent arrangement with a taxi service which was waiting dependably at door before our 5:00am checkout.

Perfecto para viaje de negocios!
Aunque mi reservacion fue en el ariston, por temas de reacomodacion me ubicaron en el Sheridan, con el argumento de que era un hotel de la misma categoria, y realmente nos fue muy bien, pero entonces la calificacion aplica mas para el Sheridan.

Don't stay in this hotel.
I didn't like this hotel. First the check in took so long, they said the check in is a t 3pm and we arrive at 2 they make us to wait until 3. Finally the room was available, I notice the sheets wasn't change look with wrinkles amd dirty. The actitud of the employees were the best. I won't come back to this hotel.

Estuve pernoctando por una sola noche y el cuarto estuvo ok. Igualmente el tiempo de recepción fue muy rápido. Igualmente me dieron apoyo con droguería para una necesidad médica. El aspecto negativo fue que no respetaron el precio de Hoteles,com ya que me cobraron adicional IVA y seguro hotelero cuando en la reserva decia que este costo estaba incluido.

A nice clean cheap hotel but awful, awful service!
We arranged the airport shuttle with the hotel but after waiting for 30minutes and no sign of the shuttle we got a taxi. Upon arrival we asked the receptionist but he didn't speak English so we waited till the morning. The female receptionist had better English but struggled to understand our complaint until a guest kindly translated. They said it was a mixup! They didn't seem to mind that we waited 30mins. The hotel overall is quite nice, it's very clean and new. Shower was excellent but when I arrived for breakfast at 9.30 I was told it was over - another disappointment as we had a big flight. They should have informed us it find shed that early when we checked in. Then at 10am I asked the receptionist to book a taxi for us to go to the airport at 12pm. We arrived down at 12pm and I could see she had forgotten because she picked up the phone, booked a taxi and a taxi arrived 25minutes later. We nearly missed our flight thanks to her.

was no parking lot in the hotel, first they try to make me pay tax , and tourist dont pay tax in colombia. in the room was no a/c .I had mold around the bathroom window. the room is so smaller for the pics . you cant ask for much when you pay $30 for night . wow an you will have to pay $30 more when you get there ! for insurance, I don't know what the insurance is for.
