Excelente servicio, la atención es buenísima, especialmente por parte de Ricardo, que es el director, y de Milena en el restaurante. Muy bien el room services, tiene un gimansio con lo necesario para una buena rutina, todo muy bien. Buena ubicación, en el norte de Bogotá, calle 100 con carrera 15, muy buena experiencia. Me llamó la atención la tarifa, muy buena para esa zona de la ciudad

No recibi nada de cortesia por mi status en hoteles.com y la recepcion fue muy poco amable o cordial . Las habitaciones son buenas y la ubicacion tambien .

I was very happy since the location of the hotel close to many stores and ease of transportation. I need to return in three months with my sister and I will not hesitate to go to this hotel. The gentlemen at the reception are very friendly and ready to help us considering that I had not visited Colombia for twelve years. Thank you very much and I will be back soon. Very good experience. Fue buena, el desayuno nos gusto mucho, las instalaviones limpias y agradables, sin embargo se dificulto por que teniamos un bebe. No hay favilidades de cuna o camas mad amplias para dormir con un bebe en la misma cama. El sofa cama que nos havian puesto inicialmente no es apto para dormir, por lo cual, tuvimos que cambiar de habitaciin y nos dieron una von dis camas pequeñas

He elegido este hotel desde hace mucho tiempo , la relación precio calidad es buena , recibo upgrades y su personal es amable . Muy buena ubicación. Lo unico que mejoraria es el restaurant, es muy frío e inhóspito.
