'Had a good stay in the hotel and we recommend it also for business travellers. It is not near downtown but close to the airport. The quality/price relation is good, the personnel is friendly. The breakfast is rich, but encountered that there were too many people in the morning, so no place. Had to wait till a table was cleaned and free. Efficient employees at breakfast. Rooms clean and nice. Nice view from the room to the mountains. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL if you look for one in Chengyang...

'The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton.'

'This hotel is huge and was only one third occupied when we visited during the August holiday season. As a result the room was quiet except for some occasional door slamming which would be fairly annoying if the occupancy was higher. There are an indoor and outdoor swimming pool but you need to wear a swim cap which was on sale. The watre temperature of the indoor pool was 28 degrees which for me personally was too cold. There is a gym room plus a pool and yoga room. What surprised me though was...

'Prachtig hotel, als alle Shangri-La hotels. Ligt aan een mooie groene tuin, met terras en de lucht kwaliteit in QuFu is beter dan gemiddled. Nadeel in dit hotel vond ik het beperkte engels in het restaurant en in het algemeen het geluidsniveau van de muziek tijdens ontbijt , en de zingende dame achter de piano tijdens diner mag echt zachter. Ik kon geen gesprek voeren met mijn collegea. Ook roken in het bar gedeelte zijn wij niet gewend en is niet prettig.'

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel met ons gezin. Fantastische lokatie, kan niet beter. Modern hotel, fijne kamers en vanaf de bovenste verdiepingen mooi uitzicht op de Verboden Stad met daarachter de bergen. Ontbijtbuffet elke ochtend; heerlijk en uitgebreid, ook voor europeanen. "
