'El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió. Nosotros llegamos y NADIE se puso en contacto con nosotros, tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes lo hicieran con llamadas a hoteles y a la dueña del hotel.
