'Absolutely would not recommend. I went to check in and there were drops of blood all over the lobby floor and outside on the sidewalk. Apparently, someone was just stabbed at the motel. Three police cars arrived and I never went to my room. I have children and left immediately. I requested a refund and Expedia refused.'

'I have a service dog, I contacted the hotel when I made the reservation and provided the required information. At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. When I got to the room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the sink was so nasty it had what looked like food or something from someone teeth and mouth, hair all over...

'The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. '
