'Hotel was on an extremely busy main road with a lot of noise and exaust fumes. We had to keep the window closed whenever we were in our room. Hauling our luggage up the very steep ramp to the hotel was a challange. There was no airconditioning. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was ok, however only choices of whit bread available. Room was clean and tidy.'

'This was definitely a 5-star experience, from check in, to the room, housekeeping, facilities, restaurant. The breakfast was definitely a huge highlight. Best coffee in Bratislava! Cooked to order breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay for my husband's birthday weekend. We thank each one of the staff for their hospitality and hope to be back again soon!'

'The room was extremely clean, the manager was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out, and the manager went out of his way to organise an early check-in for us as we had been travelling for almost 30 hours before arriving. The location is great and within very easy walking distance of all local attractions. There was some noise from trams passing but earplugs were available at reception.'

'I didnt receive the check in email. When I call them, instead of sending the mail they tried to help me with a long bad communicated phone talk. There is no one else to help you. Its a ghost hotel. And rooms are worse than pictures and smell so bad. It says private bathroom but wc is on corridor. So tecnically its true but misleading. My advise would be paying 25 euro train ticket and going to Prague instead of staying here'
