'The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting.
The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming.
The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom.
The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere.
Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies.'

I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another.
