The motel is easy to get and has good parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is a bit cramped with more than 2 0r 3 people at once. Overall we enjoyed it.

The ease of transactions, staff professionalism, and amenities were absolutely great. But this non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Reported it at checkout. Not sure if they were able to deal with it. Otherwise, it was great.

Did not stay after we seen condition of the chairs in king suite. Chairs had ripped seats and lighting was so dim in room couldnt see around well. We checked right back out. Sorry.

Rooms 221 and 223 had bed bugs. I traveled 2 half hours to get rest for my daughters state wrestling tournament in spring field. With a total of 5 with me. Clerk on the night shift was sweet and understanding. The first room 221 had one bed bug on the baseboard, which I immediately went back down stairs to let her know. Her being sweet I’ve ask for a different room which, in fact, she granted me. I was able to go to the second room which was 223. Also, in there was bed Bugs. I had to leave the night of. I could not stay there knowing had I stayed, I would have taken some home. Very clean rooms, but I could not stay the 2 nights I paid for. You guys definitely need to be inspected around the entire building.

Thank you for letting us know. We always inspect all the rooms and stay very cautious about the Bed Bugs. We do monthly Pest control spray in every room too. So sorry for the inconvenience you had and we strive to make everything possible to make our all guest stay happy. We will treat those rooms effectively and will let our staff know and make them more efficient to keep checking rooms more efficiently.

The first room we attempted to occupy on January 23, 2024 had problems. One the smoke detector was covered. Number two the TV r e mote was not working. Your desk employee changed battery (didn't fix it) replaced it with 2 others. None work! Finally changed rooms.
