Could have been much better

Do not stay here...believe me...
I am the least foo foo person I know, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The positives were it was clean and the woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful. It was the the most bare room ever. There were no cups, no extra tp, no Kleenex, no curtains, only a sheer window covering, 1 folding chair, 2 small night stands and some built in shelves. The mattress was broken down so i sank in the middle of it. The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain. I stood in 2 inches of water until I dug into the drain and pulled out a bunch of hair. There was a room we could go to to get hot water for tea, but no coffee. I was told it's been a month since the coffee machine broke. No instant coffee or breakfast. There were cups in that room for tea that I used in the room. I bought my own instant coffee. It was noisy and we didn't have any housekeeping service. It seemed that every cost was cut at the expense of providing any ammenities that are usually provided. I whole heartedly do not recommend this place. I am very puzzled by the good reviews. This was better than sleeping outside, but not much.

The room was a good size and was comfortable. The location to the city was good. The only issue we had was the wifi was not working for the 3 days we were there.

Close to main sights to see in the primary palazzo of Bologna. Quiet. Clean. Not much in the way of amenities though. We had to have a key to get into the room that had a mini fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, OK I would recommend that the. And be changed as it implied a provided breakfast, which was not the case.

As a supposed B&B it is truly a disappointment. The check in process is ineffective; no information was provided by the staff in advance of our arrival. The rooms are designed within former apartments; the place makes you feel like you are staying inside a train station. Rooms are not properly maintained and paint on the walls need upkeep. It’s fairly convenient to center of Bologna; providing you like to walk. Probably serves best for people in desperate need of a room while visiting a patient at nearby hospital. We do not recommend this “B&B” at all! Not a place to stay if you are just a visitor to Bologna looking for a restful place while in the city…

A great little place, where you will be made to feel at home and very comfortable. Easy walking distance right to the centre, in 15-20 mins, plus plenty of amenities in the area.

Anche no!!!
La posizione è comoda per chi deve assistere qualcuno in ospedale perchè è proprio davanti al policlinico. Si trova in un palazzo con un ascensore dove si entra a fatica, ed è sprovvisto di parcheggio, anche se ha una convenzione con un parcheggio in zona a 10€ a notte. La stanza non era arredata con cura, ma la cosa che più mi ha disturbato è stata la pulizia. Non solo le tende erano corte e sporche, ma il letto aveva su le lenzuola e un piumino che non era nel sacco questo significa che lo stesso piumino viene usato da tutti gli ospiti, direi poco igienico, considerato anche che il piumino era a contatto diretto con la federa. Per non parlare del sacchetto della spazzatura del bagno, che probabilmente non viene cambiato ma solo svuotato e infatti aveva macchie di sangue, anche no grazie!!! Non sono uno schizzinoso ma così non si può, tanto più in questo periodo!!! Nella doccia c'era un dispencer di shampoo e bagnoschiuma che non penso sia molto igienico.

Prisvärt och mycket fräscht boende. Promenadavstånd till centrum. Trevlig och tillmötesgående service. Tyvärr ingick inte frukost fastän det stod i annonsen att ”frukost serveras i baren intill”.

Hotel in zona tranquilla e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Ottimo per chi si deve recare in visita all'ospedale. Camera ampia e pulita. Si può migliorare la comodità del materasso e l'insonorizzazione della stanza, specialmente quella esterna. Nel complesso una buona sistemazione per 1-2 notti.

Posto molto utile e strategico per chi deve andare al policlinico. É all'interno di una palazzina privata. La password del wifi é lunghissima è complicata. Inoltre il wifi non prende bene.

Bom local se você não for muito exigente.
Bom local para hospedagem, apesar de ser um pouco distante do circuito turístico. Se você gosta de explorar os locais a pé, não será um problema. O quarto é confortável e silencioso, mas as roupas de cama e banho precisam de maior cuidado, as toalhas eram bem velhas e meu lençol tinha uma mancha (estava lavado, mas manchado). Não recomendo contratar com o café da manhã que é um voucher para fazê-lo em outro local (uma bebida e um pão doce), melhor decidir isso sozinho e ao seu gosto.
