Be advised that reception is only staffed 10:00-16:00. If you haven't received instructions you will be locked out. The buzzer works, but no one is there nor did calling the phone number posted connect for help. He showed me the texts sent to me and I showed him that the texts had not arrived. I showed him the phone calls I made. The hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Dear Catherine, we are very sorry for what happened and also that no one informed you of the reception opening hours.We sent her various messages on WhatsApp which unfortunately she did not see, we also called her on her cell phone but with no response, obviously if she calls the reception landline when it is closed no one will answer her.We reiterate our regret for what happened.Good life .

Great central hotel
The location is excellent, unfortunately there was building work going on at the building next door. There were two flights of stairs which should be mentioned. The bathroom had packets of soap, a soap dispenser would be better and the bidet cannot be used as u get the radiator in your right knee, such a shame The staff were b friendly and helpful

Heart of Bologna
Very nice hotel on a quiet little street convenient to the center of of the old town. No elevator but owner helped carry bags up the stairs. There is a stair lift if needed. Would definitely recommend.
View from room. Not as beautiful as some but I enjoyed the authenticity.

Lille hotel udem faciliteter men rent og i orden. Beliggenheden er i top og hotelejer meget venlig og hjælpsom. Så hvis man leder efter et billigt ophold, med ok værelser med fint badeværelse og god rengøring kan hotellet anbefales varmt

Kindness, clean, good location!

The staff was super friendly and helpful--could not have been more welcoming or thoughtful. The premises are super clean and well maintained. The location is outstanding--just a few corners from Piazza Maggiore. Accommodations are basic, but quiet and clean. If you don't need something luxurious, this is highly recommended for the staff, cleanliness, quiet, and location
