Nice stay to start the via degli dei route.
The booking apparently was not received by the hotel, but they gave us the anyway. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was OK. We choose the location because the next day we started to walk the via degli dei. It is not really close to the center.

Very nice and lovely little B&B. You have to be aware that the bathrooms are shared and that the breakfast area is very small. But if you are ok with that, you should definitely go there. The owners are very nice and helpful.

B&B accogliente
B&B a ridosso del centro di Bologna all'interno di una strada privata chiusa al traffico. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato è ben arredata, i bagni sono ampii e l'area colazione, seppur non particolarmente spaziosa, è ben fornita, sia per colazioni dolci che salate. Molti i servizi a disposizione tra cui un frigo e microonde incomune, un bollitore in camera e WiFi gratuito. Se si arriva in auto meglio prenotare l'unico posto auto a disposizione, anche se la tariffa è forse troppo alta.

+ = la situation à 15 minutes du centre, et dans une impasse calme / la chambre est propre et spacieuse. - = petit déjeuner basique ( pas de beurre ni de couteau !) / immeuble sonore/ accueil cordial des gérants mais on ne les a pas croisés par la suite, on les a entendus parler et se déplacer ce qui produit une drôle d'impression/ Je dirais que c'est d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

Super B&B nicht zu weit vom Zentrum
Das B&B war sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war richtig schön, es hat sogar einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und ein großes Sofa (Wir hatten ein drei Bett Zimmer. Auch die geteilten Bäder, die ebenso gut geputzt waren, stellten überhaupt kein Problem dar. Im Bad gab es auch einen Föhn und Handtücher hat man auch zwei bekommen. Die Besitzter waren super freundlich und auch unser früher Check-in war für diese kein Problem. Das Frühstück war klein aber sehr fein und absolut ausreichend! Vom Zentrum sind es nur gute 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden absolut wieder hierherkommen.

B&b in zona tranquilla
La zona in cui è situato è molto tranquilla e sicura. Se dovessi ritornare a Bologna, cercherei volentieri una camera in questo B&B. La colazione è buona. Il personale sempre disponibile e molto accogliente.

Totally recommend
Totally recommend it! The staff is very nice and flexible in order to meet the guests' needs. The rooms are very well decorated and clean. The bathrooms are shared but were always impeccably clean. The entire apartment has a very nice smell and a great aura. Its location is very convenient, only 20 minutes walking from the centre and has a bus stop right in front of the building.

Unusual accommodation
This B and B is all right, but it is located far out of central Bologna, and there is no sign on the main road, indicating that a B & B is there. The young man who has set up this establishment in his apartment was pleasant, but I never saw him after the check-in. There was coffee and a lot of processed foods in cellophane at breakfast, foods I did not sample. I found a pastry under a glass dome and had a portion. The only complaint is the location and the sense of being out in limbo once closed into this apartment. The buildings in this complex are lovely, secluded, under tight security, which must be great for the residents. For a single traveler, this is no place to stay.

Excellent B&B just on the outskirts of the city
My 2 friends and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very happy with this accommodation. The room was very comfortable and clean and very nicely decorated (the towels provided where amazing) and the 2 bathrooms were always very clean also. We were pleased to discover that there was a fridge for guests to use. My only negative comments are that I thought the breakfast could have been slightly better but it was fine for the 2 mornings we were there. Secondly the B&B was quite hard to find as the location on google maps shows the building on the wrong side of the road.

Super accueil ! Des personnes très sympathiques, un bonne odeur quand on rentre dans l'appartement. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues. Une décoration de bon goût ! Le petit déjeuné très acceptable. Le seul bémol réside dans la difficulté de trouver l'entrée de l'hotel car il n'y a pas de pancarte, mais il suffit d'un appel à la réception pour avoir de bonne indication (et en français).

Останавливались в B&B в прошлом году, поэтому и в этот раз решили там остановиться. За год конечно изменения есть и не в лучшую сторону. Это в основном касается завтрака, стал намного меньше выбор того чем можно позавтракать , и то в основном сладкое. Ещё бы уменьшить количество освежительной , но благо они только в коридоре и в комнате нет таких сильных ароматов. Не считая этих 2 х недостатков все остальное вполне хорошо.

Esperienza di una sola notte ma piacevole. Il B&b è in posizione quasi centrale (15 minuti a piedi dal centro), pulito, confortevole. Buona la colazione self service, ottima la gestione. I bagni non sono in camera (2 per 4 camere) ma sono molto puliti e perfettamente funzionanti

搭公車便利，很溫馨的host
距離火車站可搭公車抵達，到市中心較不方便，用走的約20分鐘可以抵達海神噴泉及雙塔。房間很溫馨，但是燈光較昏暗，早餐很簡便，較不習慣。地點很安靜，有兩間共用浴室很方便。

Un bell'appartamento, con stanze tenute bene, pulito e in una zona molto comoda per girare in centro a piedi. Colazione ottima in spazio comodo. Per pochi euro in più ho potuto lasciare l'auto nello spazio intorno al condominio. Unico neo la latitanza dei gestori e qualche difficoltà nel gestire i due cancelli automatici nel tirar fuori l'auto... ho dovuto lasciarla in doppia fila per rientrare a lasciare le chiavi. Per il resto tutto bene, lo consiglierei.

Surprenant en fait c'est un apparyement qui a été transformé.Le quartier est calme, possibilté de laisser son véhicule en toute sécurité et surtout il se situe prés du centre ville ou sont réunis la majotité des lieux à visiter. Le seul inconvénient la salle de bains et les toilettes à partager. Il faut que dans ce cas là que les personnes demeurant aient le sens de la bienséance et respectueuse des autres ce qui a été le cas durnat notre séjour.

Tres Chic Central Avenue B & B!
Central Avenue B & B was a great choice for accommodations during my stay in Bologna. It was easy to get to from the train station after riding 1 bus which stopped steps away from the avenue. Roberto, my host was extremely helpful and friendly, happy to spend time chatting with me and recommending locales in Bologna. The B & B was beautifully decorated, my room was huge, and the shared bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were 2 shared bathrooms available for guests and never a hindrance. The B & B was just a block outside of the old city walls, but an easy walk to get to the city center, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Very convenient and an excellent price!
