The attic flat is located on the third floor of a building without a lift, in a residential area that is well served. The entrance opens onto the living area divided between a lounge with sofa, armchair and TV, and a kitchen with dining table, oven, kettle and espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe.

A bathroom with bath equipped with shower curtain completes the layout.



The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
