Our guests have at their disposal the entire apartment including the kitchen. We will provide fresh bed linens and towels, as well as the welcome kit for the bathroom and kitchen. At your arrival our greeter will do the check-in, explaining the right use of the allocations and hand out the keys of the apartment. During your stay you can always contact our assistance service.



The apartment is located at the ground floor of a building situated just outside the limited traffic zone (zona a traffico limitato). In the vicinities there is the main intersection, where most lines of public transport can be reached. From the train station there is a shuttle that leads directly to the Fiera di Bologna.



The property has approximately 40 sqm and is elegantly furnished, with particular attention to the details. It is provided with independent access, air conditioning, flat screen TV and WIFI Internet connection. Depending on the availability, it is possible to ask for a reserved parking spot.



The apartment’s furniture is modern and functional. It opens onto the bright day area, which offers an open plan kitchen with microwave and 2 gas hobs. An extendable crystal table that can be used by up to 6 people, a leather double sofa bed and a 32” flat screen TV complete the furnishing.



A wooden staircase goes up to the mezzanine and the night area, which offers a spacious wardrobe, a double bed (190x160) and several paintings that create a cozy atmosphere. On the lower floor, the bathroom is provided with a shower stall and a washing machine.
