Luxury apartment in an 18th century building, very central but quiet

Charming apartment inside Palazzo Spada, a prestigious eighteenth-century listed building and located in an elegant street a few steps from the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore. Its central location will allow you to walk to the city's main attractions, restaurants and local amenities.
Going up the stairs (there is no elevator considering its ancient structure) you can admire the frescoed vaulted ceiling and breathe the Renaissance atmosphere.
Entrance to an elegant living room with a sofa, which can become on request a bed to accommodate the 5th guest (dimensions: L186 cm, D110 cm).
A travel cot for a baby can be provided free of charge on request.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, gas stove, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
Two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms, equipped with bedside tables, clothes stands, night tables, modern and design lighting. In the main one you will find a relaxation corner overlooking the frescoed inner courtyard. The other room boasts access to a private balcony (overlooking another inner courtyard), which in the warmer months is furnished with a small table and two chairs.

Towels and bed linen are of a high hotel standard (Frette brand); Industrial washing and sanitation of linen.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board available for use.
Bathroom (shower and bidet) modern and functional, equipped with a single-dose detergent and hairdryer (with diffuser).
The apartment is served by air conditioning, independent heating, unlimited wifi.
Ancient charm (original Venetian floors, doors, plaster stucco and a partially visible fresco in the bedroom) and modern functionality.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

- you can get to the apartment only by STAIRS (it is a 2nd and last floor). Spacious (and frescoed) stairwell, not steep steps.

- VIRTUAL KEYS for the doors opening through your mobile phone: active data connection/rooming is required.

- the building is located in a LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE, the car must therefore be parked in the neighboring parking lots

- PAYMENT OF THE TOURIST TAX will be required before check-in.
Rates based on municipal provisions (for a maximum of 5 days). A regular receipt will be issued.

- COT (folding camping cot): available on request (free of charge).
Maximum capacity of the apartment remains 5 people (including baby)

- CHECK-IN: from 4 p.m.
- CHECK-OUT: within 11 a.m.

Stylish, central yet quiet neighborhood; in a few steps you can reach Piazza Maggiore, admire the 2 Towers, the ancient University, visit the churches and museums of the city, sip an aperitif in the charming Piazza Santo Stefano and take advantage of the countless gastronomic proposals that the city offers.
Luxury shopping in the nearby Galleria Cavour, commercial shopping in Via Indipendenza and gastronomic shopping in the ancient and lively market of the "Quadrilatero".
Supermarket near the house for your daily shopping.
For a sporty walk to San Luca (even in the rain) just follow the route along the famous Porticoes of Bologna.
If you want to visit the neighboring cities (Florence, Modena, Rimini or even Venice and Milan) the connections with fast trains from the central station (within walking distance) are very frequent.
