Dear Grent, thank you for your review. Let us clarify a couple of the points you made:First of all we are not a Hotel, (as it's well specified in every booking platform we're on) but a guest house. As you wrote in your review, it’s very clear that we open at 3:00pm. As we clearly write in our instructions, our guests can arrive before 3:00pm to leave their luggage, but we need to know their arrival time and have their documents in advance. You have never answered, neither on Expedia nor on Whatsapp (which Is not mandatory to use, we cope really well with guests that don't use WhatsApp), so we didn’t know anything about your arrival time. That’s why we weren’t ready to welcome you. You don’t need to have your own combo to enter, you just need to arrive when reception is open or answer to our messages if your arrival is expected when reception is closed.As for the Wi-Fi, there was a small glitch that we tried to fix as soon as possible. And of course we did, but certain things take time. Unfortunately, unforeseen events can happen and we apologize for the inconvenience.Last but not least, our guest house is in the middle of the historical centre, so most of the streets that surround us are not accessible to everyone. Of course it doesn’t depend on us, but on the municipality.
