Mooie kamers
Bij het station gelegen, mooi hotel. We konden buiten zitten voor het ontbijt, erg prettig, prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Nadeel was het apart betalen voor wifi en weinig bereik in de kamer. Spannende parkeergarage, grote auto is lastig.

Fraai Italiaans design met minder fraaie Italiaanse service.
Schitterend qua design, maar wel echt Italiaans qua service. Onze kamers waren niet op tijd gereed. Het ontbijt is vooral gericht op Italianen: per kop kan je gratis elke variant aan koffie bestellen die je maar kunt bedenken. Maar er is geen vers sinaasappelsap (wel water aangelengd met siroop) en het roerei is liefdeloos van een instant droogpulp klaargemaakt en staat te verpieteren. De ligging is goed.

Good location, directly across the road from the train station and close to the main sites. Breakfast was good, fair choice and good quality. Staff were pleasant and helpful, only thing that really lets the hotel down is the bar. The bar itself is fine but the seating isn’t very welcoming. All in all a decent hotel more than acceptable for a 3 night stay in Bologna

Very clean centrally located near the train station. Breakfast was excellent. We had an issue with the AC in our room. We were told the “manager turned it off” which led to some very uncomfortable nights. Could not open the window due to the noise from the street.

the property is old and need immediate repair. Air conditioning is almost negligible, lucky the weather is not too hot. The only positive is close to train station and good staff attitude.

My husband and I stayed only one night at this hotel and I would say the hotel in general was above average. The bed was comfortable, the staff is friendly and efficient, and all the essentials were provided (bottle of wine too). The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety, easily the best thing of our stay. What mostly docked points for us was the cleanliness and the shower drainage. The room felt dusty and while the bathroom was clean, the shower was oddly designed. The glass pane only covered up to 1/4 of the length of the tub so water was getting outside the tub and the drain was very very slow. Again we only stayed for one night so we're really looking for functionality and convenience, and I think the hotel delivered on that front.

The room was comfortable. We had an issue with the temperature and the staff were quick to change our room to one without issues. The staff are professional and friendly and even provided an amazing recommendation for a restaurant nearby. The breakfast has lots of options and everything was very tasty. The hotel is right next to the station and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Overall was a great stay.

Great, Convenient Hotel

Noi siamo viaggiatori frequenti per lavoro. Ho fatto la prenotazione con l’acceso VIP access ma quando siamo arrivati la mattina l’impiegato ci ha detto che era impossibile perchè il check in doveva essere fatto dopo le 14. Potevamo lasciare i bagagli al loro deposito ma una volta assegnata la camera avremmo trovato i bagagli lì. Noi abbiamo chiesto la cortesia visto che eravamo con il nostro bambino piccolo ma hanno detto che non c’era disponibilità di camere in un albergo di sette piani ma accettiamo questa loro disponibilità . Mio marito che era un cliente abituale e si è visto perché avevano il suo documento nel sistema, doveva partire per lavoro ed è tornato a mezzogiorno ed ancora non avevano camere disponibili ha preso le sue valigie di lavoro ed è partito. Mio figlio ed io siamo tornati in albergo per le 14:30 e ci hanno dato la camera ma le valigie erano ancora al deposito. La signorina ha detto che gli mandava subito in camera. Nel frattempo il mio bambino ha fatto la doccia e ce ne siamo resi conto che le valigie ancora dopo le 15:30 erano al deposito. Sono scesa ho riferito tutto l’accaduto ad un nuovo impiegato ma nessuno mai della direzione mi ha chiesto scusa visto tutto l’accaduto da quando siamo arrivati alle 9:45 am in albergo. Oltretutto le stanze sono al di sopra dei €190 euro al giorno, dovrebbero avere personale più adatto e che si assuma le proprie responsabilità. Veramente personale poco affabile con il cliente

Gentile Liliana,il check in anticipato è su disponibilità della struttura come elencato e dettagliato nel VIP access a cui fa riferimento.In fase di prenotazione è possibile scrivere l'orario di arrivo previsto poiché non sempre le strutture hanno disponibilità prima delle ore 14:00.Ci dispiace che nella data del suo soggiorno in cui Bologna aveva una gran affluenza, la mancata disponibilità della struttura non abbia permesso effettuare un check in anticipato come di solito avviene.Ci dispiace leggere inoltre che il suo soggiorno non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative per un disguido dovuto alla comunicazione non efficace del nostro personale. Ci impegniamo quotidianamente ad offrire ai nostri ospiti un elevato livello di ospitalità, per questo motivo ci auguriamo che vorrà darci nuovamente la possibilità di riaccoglierla presso la nostra struttura e di recuperare la sua fiducia nei nostri servizi.La ringraziamo per aver condiviso con noi le sue osservazioni per poter sempre migliorare.Un cordiale saluto

In pieno centro città comoda a tutte le principali attrazioni. La stazione centrale è proprio difronte per fare un salto a venezia o firenze. Davvero il top!

Excellet hotel close to Bologna's railway station
Very modern and comfortable hotel, steps from Bologna's main railway station and within walking distance to the city's historic center and main attractions. Also very good buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
