This comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment with a terrace is located on the first floor of the building. With a living area of 59 square meters, this apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests. The spacious living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa that provides two additional sleeping spots. A dining table, TV, DVD player, stereo, and free Wi-Fi are also available. The open-concept kitchen, which adjoins the living area, is equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table, or savor breakfast on the seasonally furnished southwest-facing terrace, which can be shaded with an awning. In the separate bedroom, a double bed at a comfortable height invites you to a restful night’s sleep, and a closet offers space for your vacation wardrobe. Attached is a brightly tiled shower room with a sink and toilet. Grab bars are installed in the shower stall and next to the toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building (coin-operated).
A designated underground parking space is available for your vehicle. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored, subject to availability, in a shared room in the building’s basement. No smoking. No pets.
